This company is particularly hard to deal with. It's impossible to talk to anyone over the phone, it's all LIVE CHAT , when you eventually get through the queue. I was trying to make an amendment through the portal , which was a nightmare and the software is very inflexible when doing an amendment .I would strongly advise , think long and hard before signing up. My out come is I will be cancelling my policy and going with a company who had operatives / customer service where you can converse one to one. It's hard enough to arrange van insurance and comply with the array of questions , making sure you've answered correctly and it's nice to have some clarification your answering the specific questions. I will reiterate it's so important that you have the option to speak to someone.

The absolute worse company to deal with. No wonder they are cheap as all they do scam customers for extra money and don't pay out when they should. Customer service is abysmal and they really do not care at all. Will be formally complaining to the ombudsman

Why is it impossible to speak to anyone regarding car insurance renewal , I spent most of my day on the internet chat line which my position kept going up. I was down to 27 then it went back up to 44 this happened three times, and also three times I was down to single figures and then just got cut off just disappeared and had to start again . Lost the will to live extremely frustrating. We need some human contact please , surely it's quicker to speak than to type everything this makes no sense . But did finally chat on line with Mia B on the Saturday morning who was very very helpful and sorted things out for me very efficiently . Just might change to a company that you can speak with like we always have

Appalling! Website problems uploading documents, problems trying to get onto web chat, no phone number, no email, takes forever when you do get on web chat, probably the worst experience I've had online. If you value your sanity, avoid!!!!!!

Highly recommended if you want to pay for possibly the least amount of actual insurance offered by a company, with as many policy inclusions as they can fit in to their 'policy wording'. If you want to deal with a bunch of clueless crooks that will do anything and everything to reject a claim, or charge a fee for anything possible, then these guys offer that experience.
