I simply do not believe the reviews below regarding good customer service as they don't have any. No contact numbers -Live Chat is not switched on and the one number they have only deals with new claims and that cuts you off. Terrible (non) service they are simply not contactable anything you click on in the website takes you back to where you started. I received a notification about a claim we made yet we have not made any claims and have no way of notifying them of this all emails just bounce back.

"Large Increase."

Called to query >$50 difference twixt quoted renewal and best equivalent - quickly, and pleasantly, got >$40 reduction from MB1. Fair enough outcome - but would have preferred to get that in the 1st place - thus avoiding quite time consuming transit thro' the automation.

"Insurance renewal doubled"

Spoke with CB7 very polite and helpful but unfortunately my renewal had more than doubled so I had to move elsewhere CB7 tried his best to bring price down but to no avail. Seems the average motorist is paying for all the EV vehicles catching fire & land rovers getting nicked ????

I was with one call insurance for a year with motorbike insurance and had a good experience last year. This year, however, with no claims last year, they couldn't get me insurance. I dont know why, but the girl I spoke to Leanne Warren, Le6 I think, apologised and was very nice. She has sent me a copy of my no claims for my new company which was really helpful.

"Unfair cancellation Fee"

I arranged car insurance 4 weeks prior to the commencement date. I decided to purchase a new car and decided to cancel with one call insurance, however even though the policy wasn't due to start for another 12 days I have been charged $56.00 for cancelling a policy that never started. Incidently there is no provision to speak to a person, all communication is via chat, a simple process of cancelling a policy took hours of my time.

I recently cancelled my car insurance with one call. Paid an extortionate fee with an assurance that no further transactions would be processed. A week later they deducted a direct debit from my account. Despite several phone calls I am still waiting for a refund.

I was then told I hadn't been given a quote by one call(which I had) the system is so difficult to navigate and to finally think your at the correct department it's infact a live chat, after 40 minutes of questions and wasted time I was then given a telephone number to ring..most dissatisfied and disappointed as I am no further on and I want to cancel my policy

"Daylight robbery"

Have been with Onecall for several year. Renewed my policy beginning of February. Changed my car a week ago and planned to replace my old policy with a new one with Onecall. That was until I got my quote. Absolute robbery, I have taken out a policy with another company at almost half the cost, exact same cover and with a lower excess. I then wanted to cancel my policy with yourselves again, staggered at the charge after just 7 weeks in. Shameful. Won't be coming back. Spoke with Brogan 10/10 for him. Efficient, friendly and helpful.

Would rather have no motorbike than insure through this company. Transferred my policy after contacting them that it would be cancelled if I didn't and then found out it wasn't valid without telling me when sold.Told me I'd be eligible for refunds and then retracting them.Saying my ncb was 0, another adviser saying it was 4 years and then another one back to 0.Stay far, far away from this company
