My recent experience with One Call Insurance has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The company's unethical practices and abysmal customer service have left a sour taste in my mouth, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.Despite clearly communicating my intention not to renew my policy with One Call Insurance and explicitly instructing them not to auto-renew, they proceeded to renew my policy without my consent. To add insult to injury, they deducted the renewal fee from my account without any prior notice or authorization. This blatant disregard for customer preferences and lack of transparency is absolutely unacceptable.When I reached out to One Call Insurance to rectify this egregious error and request a refund, I was met with appalling customer service. The representatives I spoke with were unhelpful, dismissive, and displayed a complete lack of empathy for the inconvenience they had caused me. It was evident that they were more concerned with deflecting blame than resolving my issue.In conclusion, One Call Insurance's deceptive auto-renewal practices and atrocious customer service have left me deeply dissatisfied. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative insurance providers. Save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with One Call Insurance.Avoid One Call Insurance at all costs. You deserve better.

Absolutely terrible. Had to use Web chat. Took an hour and a half to do something that should have only took 10 mins. Operator had little or no knowledge of the car insurance business, you could tell she was working from a script, and if there was a deviation from it she was stuck. Will not be renewing my insurance with this company. STAY CLEAR

They have renewed my policy for a bike @$15 pmAfter we did a quote and the payment was $10 pmI have screenshots too.They don't answer the phone and won't cancel my renewal I will pass to a solicitor for further advice and action

I rang customer service and was pleased with the prompt waiting time. I spoke to customer service operator CB7 and was very pleased with the way he handled my enquiries. That made my experience very easy and a successful re-newal without any issues.

"Low cost insurance, but."
Low cost insurance, but if you want to change anything, it is a nightmare. Their website has no phone number (which is ironic for a company called OneCall). I realise this is not unusual in today's climate, but it suggests using their online Chat. However, the Chat icon does not appear on their website, so you are stuck. Only when you log off from your online account and open a new browser does the Chat icon seem to appearIf you want to change anything on the policy, you get charged a huge admin fee ($59 to cancel in my case).We wanted to move the policy from one car to another car, but set up temporary insurance for the old car until it got sold. Trying to do this via chat was impossible.So... if everything goes well, I am sure they are a good company. When you deviate from the norm, be prepared...

BUYER BEWARE I was in hospital when my insurance renewedI was disgusted to see my premium jump from $23 a month to $66 a month.I contacted one call regarding this and was told "That's the way it is" no explanation for a near 200% increaseTo make matters worse I looked on comparethemarket and found my exact same policy for $23 ,,my original premium ? one call then wanted to charge me $125 cancellation fee ,,,now found exact policy with extras through Frontier insurance (well worth a look) for around $18 ,,absolutely appallingly service ,,,plus an absolute nightmare trying to get in touch with one call,,,please think twice before using this joke of an insurance company

Just renewed, higher than expected but reduced slightly, been with them 3 years and been happy, proof will come if I need to make a claim
