"The worst customer service I have ever received"
Had to cancel my home insurance, it took me almost 2 hours to do this , unfortunately I had to pay a cancellation fee the advisor was absolutely shocking she would not provide me with a customer service telephone number or was very reluctant to give me the Head Office address, The service has to be the worst I have ever experienced

"Absolutely awful"
Absolutely awful. Zero customer service. Regretting buying insurance from them. They charge you $15 'default fee' if the direct debit is late. Charged me $100 to 'update the policy' as I had put down 1 more years no claims than my previous insurance accounted for. Total nightmare, no one to talk to on phone either. Never again.

"TF was very helpful but a bit OTT"
TF was very helpful but a bit OTT. I had a home insurance renewal quote that is $200 more than last year. This annoyed me as the comparison page is showing a basic price of $291.47 & I do have extras. Adding those extras to the $291.47 would have made my insurance $375.00 approximately but after a lot of unnecessary questions I ended up with a quote of $416 +. I thought the practice of favouring new customers had ended!

"Poor renewal prices."
The telephone call was slow whilst awaiting help firstly to cancel my renewal as the this quote was ridiculously higher compared to the year before. When I spoke to someone they reduced this to a similar price to the year before. If they can do this, why not just offer this in the first place. Nothing worse than someone trying to capitalise on some vulnerable people who are thinking they are getting the best deal. Not a good initial service from this company.

"Once you are in their system you can't get out"
Once you are in their system you can't cancel the automated renewal. It goes against what the FCA require of a company for you to be able to cancel easily. I have been calling for days to cancel and sat on their live chat. I am number 58 in their live chat queue and have been on the phone this time for 49mins and still waiting.

I have been trying to change my policy for my new car for two days (26th and 27th march) and can't. It won't even let me cancel my policy. I am going to have to drive round on 3rd party insurance. How does this poor show of a company get away with this. Cowboys
