After receiving my call back from your agent, I was extremely surprised just how helpful and informative he was, not only did I get a great renewal quote but I also got great advice on how to reduce my motor insurance in the future too.

"It is impossible to contact this."
It is impossible to contact this company, the only possible time is about money. My Range Rover was stolen in October, no courtesy car from One call even though it's comprehensive insurance, they claimed i didn't pay for one,I have been find it to move around for the past six Car found in January and I made it clear I wanted my car, up till now i did not receive my car and it's absolutely impossible to speak to them on phone On live chat they directed me to the engineer who have little or no information to give me I do not recommend this company as I am highly disappointed

"dodgy ethics!!"
I am quite annoyed about ONecall's underhand and unethical practice. They make it sooooooo hard for you to contact them and it is not hard to see why. They send you an auto renewal without showing you actually how much they have charged you, and when you try to live chat, there is no one there until evening time only to ask you to ring their customer service line in the morning with no provision of an actual phone line. They only provide a claims line which they know full well is a 3rd party company that doesn't have any info or detail to reach customer service. It is actually a crooked way of doing business. Right now, they have autorenewed, I have gone to the customer portal and there is NO WHERE the amount they charged me is showing!!!! That should be a criminal offence and I hope many of us victims can rally round and report this company to the regulators! And to add insult to injury they have autorenewed my policy BEFORE the due date. I am still shopping around because I have some days left but the money-hungry Onecall team have dipped their hands in my bank to auto renew. I am really cross with this company. what would it take to provide a simple means of contacting them if not that they have ulterior motives off their sleeves. Someone better ring me and tell me to discuss this unsolicited auto renewal. And do what is right ONECALL by providing a real customer service number to have proper open and transparent conversations about policy details before snapping up people's hard earned money!

I just spent half an hour confirming info about me my van and cover required all of which Onecall already has. After all that waste of time I still don't know why my premium has doubled since last year. I was cut off from chat before any conclusion was reached but I did then receive an email with a lower quote. Not impressive.

"Stay away from one call"
I went with one call because it would meet my needs better than any other insurance company. As I am a carer to 3 family members. I put the tracker in to my car as soon as it came but I got quite a few phone calls emails to say they weren't getting any readings I had to explain to them that was because I wasn't using the car hence using them. Unfortunately what they didn't say was our tracker will drain the battery life so this insurance is absolutely no good if your not out on a daily basis. They have asked for a further $110 because they cancelled the insurance because they weren't getting readings no they wouldn't as their tracker drained my battery. They also had the brass neck to charge me for mileage I hadn't done. So stay away from this insurance if your not driving your vehicle at all really. I will be sending them the bill for a new battery.

If you are an online only contact by webchat service only then it would be good if youre webchat worked during office hours. No such thing today and the reason why i now wish to cancel my insurance renewal.

"Frustrating!"
How do you get to speak to anyone!!! I've been trying via the Customer portal for 2 days! No email link sent. No password link sent. No phone number. Not even a live chat available!All I want to do is add my partner to my policy . Dreadful.
