"Appalling service"

They closed their call centres without notice. Their portal is inadequate. We were unable to change our cherished plate onto a new car. We were forced into taking out a new policy with Direct line. On the chat line all they did was try to get me to change my mind. Will never use them again.

Not able to change my details over on line I then phoned and spoke with VH3 who was very helpful sorting out my change of policy polite and change over done professionally.

"No one answers the phone"

No one answers the phone , been on hold for over 2 hours both on telephone and on their online portal, no way of cancelling your policy without using either the phone or online chat, of which they do not pick up. Terrible service

"Very disappointing experience with one."

Very disappointing experience with one call insurance. One all covered my van insurance. Everything was fine until they suddenly wrote me a letter stating I had an undisclosed claim for an accident that never happened. I have maintained that I was not involved in an accident and sent in pictures of my van with no damage.Despite this one call almost double my annual premium and demanded I pay the full difference immediately.I have requested one all seek proof this accident happened. To date I have had no proof from the other insurer this accident took place. Needless to say I didn't pay the extra and I shall now be looking for alternative cover. This whole saga was made considerably worse by the fact you can't actually talk to a member of staff. I rang the claims line as it was the only way I was able to speak with a staff member. I was then told to use the online chat. After typing all of this on the chat portal I was then told I'd have to join a link to another one all chat portal as this one couldn't help.. madness!! So I joined the new chat portal and was told they were unable to help.. utterly frustrating and a waste of time. I won't be recommending one call as they didn't support me, made contact and resolution to this issue virtually impossible and cancelled my policy when I didn't pay the increased premium for an accident that never happened which was allegedly over two years ago.Thanks for nothing one call!!!! ?

"Successful House insurance renewal."

I've had house insurance with One Call now for three years. The renewal quote was a bit high so I checked a couple of comparison sites for info and found a similar product cheaper. I contacted One Call and spoke to KT1 who was able to offer me a revised deal which I accepted. I would recommend them and was very happy with the service from KT1

"Policy cancellation !"

I want to cancel my motorcycle insurance but cannot contact the company to do so.. I have tried live chat but am number 72 in the queue and after 30 mins am 66. Cannot find an e mail address or phone number...nightmare !!!!

"Impossible to speak with someone"

Impossible to speak with someone, calling or waiting for the online chat to amend or cancel your policy is almost impossible. Waiting over an hour to make a change. Service is appalling
