"They Only Want Your Money"

Was with this company for 5 or 6 years. Cancelled my insurance with them when breakdown didn't turn up on a cold winter night and I sat there for 2 hours. They said I'd have to wait up to another 2 hours as they forgot about me. I had to pay someone else to come and tow me. Onecall were supposed to tow me to the garage of my choice for repairs. My vehicle is now off the road because of them. They took a lot of money out of my account but I claimed it back. Now they are sending me threatening letters of action against me unless I pay up. Going to get the financal ombudsman and make a claim against them for threats, harassment and leaving me sitting there for hours.

I used live chat as it was quicker than phoning. It was straight forward enough I had to give some information to get the best competitive quote. I feel loyal customers should get the best possible quote at renewal

"What a complete joke of insurance I."

What a complete joke of insurance I changed my car and the new price per month was going to be $56 per month which I paid a direct payment then it increased to $62 per month for no reason it's not much difference but it's the principal of it I've been with one call for a few years now and they was excellent to start with but now they are a utter joke the advisor refunded $30 as a goodwill gesture which tells me they are admitting they was wrong do yourself a favour everyone give this place a very wide birth unable to talk to anyone on the phone. If I was to score out of 10 my score for them would be a 0

"Always give them the chance to look at your renewal"

I had a call back from agent HD2 ( after I had waited on the phone 50 minutes, and then thought I would try the call back option )I wanted to speak about my renewal and how much it had increasedA very professional young man. He went through all my details , was very thorough, spoke very clearly , explained different options .I was offered a quote much more affordable.Due to the experience of speaking to HD2, I made the decision to stay with one call insurance.Many thanks

Received my renewal quote which was more than last year even though I had no claims. TD1. Reduced the amount to last years bill, thank youOne Call it does take a long time for the call to be picked up, this could do with improving that's why I gave 4 stars

"Without doubt this is the worst."

Without doubt this is the worst insurance company I've ever been with. There is no way to speak to a real person and only a web chat as service. You are supposed to be using a client portal but this portal is not fit for purpose.
