"Beware of additional fees after taking out policy"

Received a letter today 19th April dated 16th April saying due to undisclosed Non fault accident in 2019 4.5 years ago (car hit my parked car - amount recovered) they wanted another $83 as now added to my policy. Did genuinely forget to include this as so long ago. Tried to send proof of no fault accident and of NCB but their portal not working. Discussion with Customer service totally adamant fee for this forgetfulness was due. Tried to cancel policy which is only 15 days old now they wanted $55 as 'mid term' despite not sending the query letter before the 14 days cooling off. Be very wary of using these people.

"Avoid using this company!"

Avoid, avoid, avoid. One Click or One Call, whatever you call yourselves - you are just a bunch of scam artists. Don't fall for the lower price, there is a reason for that! The minute you try to change anything or make a claim they will bleed you dry or leave you high and dry.

"Live Chat Advisor AM4 Fast Efficient Service"

Great fast service on the Live Chat link, Awurama, AM4 was super quick helping me cancel a policy & advising how to download my no claims certificate all within 10 mins. No hassle no fuss. Only draw back & lack of one star is I couldn't get on Live Chat at all the day before.

0 star review Tried to change my house insurance through there impossible live chat as speaking to a human is not possible was advised they need correct date for house build date so I informed them I would have to find out agent failed to inform me I had 7 days or they cancel my policy tried on several occasions to go on live chat to talk to someone with the details can't get through although being 8th in the Que for over a hour they have now canceled my policy and want cancellation money etc although it's not my fault you can't talk to a human worst insurance company ever do not use

"Accident claim"

All the reviews are positive? and are policy price related, God forbid you have to make a no fault claim like me!!! like me you will not be able to contact yoga/one call insurance, it Will take 10 days for an engineer to assess your vehicle (bearing in mind that your policy might only cover you for a courtesy car for 14 days) ( that actually becomes a hire car through a mitigation form, that has to be signed before continuation)I really would advise you to pay Extra and not use an online insurance company, even though second hand car prices are high.my car was written off, with a insurance offer that would not replace my vehicle for/age/mileage/specifications. Absolute crooks.

This company are impossible to contact you seed them a return call they don't call I've been on the phone for 50 minutes trying to contact then my insurance is up the 4th April I'm trying to contact them as I do not want to auto renew but can't contact them at all it's like they are just ignoring me so they can just take the Money out of my bank account well let's see what happens as I'm 100% not using this unless company ever again .

Impossible to cancel automatic car insurance renewal.The reason they are called Onecall is because they have one operator handling all admin, calls, chats, claims and cancellations and therefore if u want to cancel u can never get through.STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS

"Just dont."

Chat service down today for the option i require. 4 separate phone calls, 3 gave me different telephone numbers to ring after explaining i wanted to stop the auto renew and cancel due to the shockingly bad service sorting out me motorcycle policy cancellation. Cannot wait to be free of these. if you need to speak to someone be prepared to go round the houses 3 times and have to keep ringing back.
