Call back option was great to save waiting in a queue and didn't have to wait long.Lady (VH3) was friendly and helpful. My car insurance had gone up $20 a month and though I was given a lower quote, I would have given 5 stars if quote had been lower.

One Call Insurance relies on managing accounts online, there is a Live Chat option which does not work at all!I needed to change vehicle details but the choices given by One Call did not match my new vehicle so could not complete the change over.I needed to talk to someone, after many days still no contact so unable to use new vehicle.Bad company no customer service would not recommend

"One call - do not use. Con outfit"
Took home and content insurance 31 in December 2 023 and wanted to speak to somebody regarding additions. Referred back to.Ageas insurance quickly damaged nothing to do with them go back to one call which I did. They said they could not do anything online. This was three times over two days. Went online and the chat line was not open and a notice of this came up. Do not recommend at all. it might be the cheapest giving quotes but when you look in detail at the policy, I believe it to be a con. Should not be allowed and I will process her complaint. If I can find where to do it again not a recommended

Cancel your renewal is impossible. then they send an email stating sent a letter for outstanding balance. No letter received, then an email stating due to lack of contact handing over to recovery team. When going onto portal no information of any outstand balance. I can make a payment if I enter details however don't know what any outstanding balance is. No letter, no contact, just emails with no reply option. Company is a joke. Cancelled renewal because there were charging almost double of any other competitor with excess increasing to $1.200 again no explanation.

"A struggle to get in touch, but great once you do"
Always have a real struggle getting the live chat to work, and often when you do, you find you haven't used the "correct" live chat, and have to go somewhere else for another queue.However, once you do reach an operator, I've always had knowledgeable, polite, efficient customer service. On this occasion, Ilana (IR2) was really helpful in sorting my renewal queries and getting some changes made to my account. I didn't feel rushed or pushed to make decisions and I got lots of information to make an informed decision.

"A nightmare company to deal with if you."
A nightmare company to deal with if you have a problem or want to cancel your policy. On a chat line for over 2 hours and still didn't get anywhere and I only wanted to cancel a policy that was automatically going to be renewedI will never use this company again.

"Beware of small print and fees"
Having sold my van, I contacted one call insurance to cancel my policy. No longer having the vehicle I was amazed to be told that not only did I have to pay the cost of the premiums for the year but also pay and extra $30. I thought I was purchasing a policy from one call, it however appears to work as a broker, my policy ended up with some random insurance company I have never heard of. Make sure you read the small print before you buy and are happy to pay extra if you cancel, something I have never done before.

Same old story. Renewal comes round up goes the price. Spoke ka2 very helpful price came down to comparison sites. We're not talking huge sums of money but very large %. Ka2 however was very pleasant to speak with
