I have neen trying to change my car details. I have been trying live chat for two days and it's not connecting smd timing out. I am going to have to cancel the DD and find a new insurance company. I'm picking a new car up tomorrow. So I have no choice. I have tried to find a number to call, no joy! It's ok being an online company but The online bit needs to work. Certainly wouldn't go with them again.

Unable to communicate with company. Automatically renews at great expense your car insurance and then charges you $40 1 day after renewal takes place. Takes over an hour talking on Live (Dead) Chat to get any kind of refund. Life is too short AVOID!

Scamming theives cancelled renewal and dd three months later took two months insurance from my card not even insured with them, fraudulently stole money, no email or phone number to contact absolutely shocking DO NOT GO WITH, CONTACTED BANK AND BEEN REFUNDED THROUGH FRAUD PROCESS. BEWARE DONT TOUCH WITH BARGE POLE, ONE STAR TOO MUCH BUT LOWEST CAN LEAVE

"Awful experience"
Awful experience, after paying for policy and receiving 4 emails to confirm things, tried to log onto customer portal, only to find no new policy just an old one from 2021. Then found out there is no means of contact only online chat, which keeps dropping after waiting in queue for over 40 mins, got through twice, 1st lad, cancelled chat when i said I wasnt too impressed, 2nd Courtney H, said I had no policy and to check i was contacting the right complany!! I gave her the email address the company have sent 4 emails to me via.. then the system dropped again!Eventually got through again to Joshua, who was a breathe of fresh air, effecient and polite and sorted it.. I hope as I have to check in 30 minutes, fingers crossed, if its not fixed, ill give up and just pay again elsewhere as I cant handle dealing with them any further.Very stressful awful experience!! Be warned, no phone number associated to them at all.. even the claims line is outsourced via a different company who will not enetertain anything at all other than registering a claim, and even then theyre very abrubt and rude.. clearly fed up of people phone them trying to get help!!

Although my renewal invitation was sent 19 days before expiry date of policy, contrary to stated minimum of 21 days promised, which had caused me concern, the agent who discussed the quote with me was extremely helpful and efficient.EB4

Wanted to cancel autorenewal of policy. Tried phoning, but no answer after 45 minutes. Waited for live chat for over an hour. When I eventually got through the matter was dealt with fairly quickly.

"Trying to get a more acceptable renewal price"
First of all Spoke with an agent called Stevie regarding my renewal , She was quite rude wouldn't listen and continually spoke over me , then online with an Emily who after waiting for ages was of no help at all and wasn't interested . Wouldn't recommend dealing with company if this is the employees they have representing them .
