"Zero Customer Service. You cannot contact these people."

Tried to call to discuss renewal. Gave up after an hour as apparently busy. Selected call back option. No call back.Tried live chat. It timed out constantly . Tried again at 6pm got message to say it was unavailable. Tried to call again , phone lines closed and yet on the website it says on til 8pm.No email address. You cannot contact these people so there is no point in taking out any insurance with them. So pleased they can't take my payment, I'm now insuring with a reputable company with 'proper' reviews from a trusted review site. Not the one their website uses which does not publish negative reviews.

"Thieves"

Took money for a policy( auto renewal over $300) that won't start till the 19 of April. 7 to 10 days till I see that again!.Virtually impossible to contact.Please ignore positive reviews, as they simply can't be true. Absolute nightmare to deal with.

"Chat dropped by Leighton when I was."

Chat dropped by Leighton when I was asking about amendments to my policy. Fortunately Tommy picked up the chat when I typed 'hello' Tommy dealt with my queries well, I am a happy customer and as a result have decided to continue my policy

"Great LiveChat Operator, Terrible Renewal Process"

LiveChat Operator (MB!) was helpful and efficient - would deserve 5*I would have given 5 stars if the Insurance Renewal process wasn't so false (you get a high quote then do a price comparison, then speak to your current provider who then lowers the quote). I'd be much happier with an honest renewal quote in the first place.

"Bleeding willingness to live in order to cancel automatic renewal"

I have been trying to cancel the automatic renewal (which I never activated) of my motorcycle insurance for a week now. I called them 10 times and activated the call back service. Once they call back, it rings once and hang up. I've been in the queue for hours. This is a scam service. And of course the only way to cancel the automatic renewal is to call them

"Expensive Renewal quote"

Would have given 5 stars except for the long wait to answer my call. The customer service assistant KR2 was very helpful and managed to bring my renewal quote down by a substantial amount whilst keeping all the benefits with the policy.
