"Renewal"

Took ages to get through on the phone but I persevered and eventually got to speak to KT1 who was really efficient in helping me sort my renewal.

"Spoke to Lewis re my house insurance."

Spoke to Lewis re my house insurance renewal , after his checks he came back with a better renewal but still slightly more than another company. He was very polite and courteous, , no pressure selling, and I am still deciding which renewal suits me best. Thankyou Lewis

"Mixed experience"

Spoke to MS2 who dealt efficiently with my query and retained my business with a better quote than my renewal offer. The call answering time wasn't great but that's not her fault, the online chat had me at position 26. This seems to suggest they're understaffed and might be the reason MS2 was very efficient but not overly friendly.

Took out a policy with this Mickey Mouse organisation, they cancelled my policy while I was away only to take money of my card without authorisation. Scammers

"One call repeats to change the booked."

One call repeats to change the booked schedule for my vehicle repair several times. They keep texting me to contact their live chat after booking is agreed and made. I hate them to keep wasting my time to have the repair rebooked.

"Renewal too high, but quickly resolved"

On the whole, very good. The only reason my review is four stars instead of five is that my renewal was $65 more than on a comparison site; I feel this reliance on most peoples' laziness is a bit cheeky and no way to reward loyalty! On the flip side, I called the company to discuss the issue before leaving them, and the customer service I received there was fantastic- and lowered the price by $7 below my best quote. Again this shows just how much it was overinflated by in the first place (for context, the figures; Renewal- $295, Comparison Site- $230, final renewal- $223). I asked the brilliant customer service agent for her ID in order that this would be attributed to her- it's Cathy, CM2. Thanks again ?

"Cancelled Policy and Cancellation Charge."

Further to my last review on 24 February 2024, I still have not had a reply from One Call about the cancellation of my policy and the outrageous cancellation charge.
