"Disappointing start"
Disappointing start - difficult to log into portal, then the documents hadn't been uploaded after more than 2 weeks after purchasing the policy.Live chat function needed a defibrilator.However, they did get back quite quickly when I queried all this. Not easy to get hold of anyone, which doesn't bode well in the event that a claim has to be made.

Obtained cover prior to going away. Had ensured all items etc were specified as required. Returned from the trip a couple of days later to receive an email on day of return stating cover had not been applied as needed to confirm some details. Luckily hadn't ben robbed whilst away! My payment had been taken a few days earlier. They needed the item details again - couldn't say why. Once details confirmed they advised they couldn't provide cover and would refund my money. To go away believing cover was in place (and paid for) to find out on the day of return that there would have been no cover is reprehensible. Be extremely careful if you use this company and ensure you leave plenty of time before any required activation date so you don't get caught out.

"Rip off cancellation for less than a months cover!!."
a few weeks ago this company 5 star but today only 1 star. We have just sold our house and at the point of old insurance running out so had to renew,Just paid $26 plus first months premium but because now sold house have just cancelled this morning.I was told $55.99 cancellation so agreed to pay on the on line chat but when the payment went through was charged $80 plus - so including the first months premium a total of $106 plus for less than a months cover!! A real rip off and will nmot be renewing with this company again when we purchas our new property - a very unhappy bunny!!!!

Far too long with " music on hold", given an option to press one for them to ring me but this didn't work. I gave up. I used the online chat but this took a long time for a CS to respond. Whilst waiting I received several " drop out" messages and didn't know whether I was still connected.Would not recommend.

Totally ineffective communication mechanisms - no phone numbers, no obvious "chat" button - 45 minutes and 43 text messages later it was sorted - no complaints policy??? You can be a helpful company but if customers can't get hold of you it is of no value whatsoever

Chat online online makes everything slow and frustrating. Changed insurance to new lease vehicle (several Chats but we got there). However needed temp cover as original lease car still in my possession for 3 weeks, cant do this on "chat" so follow the link given to do it myself. Fill in details to be told they wont offer cover, back to "chat" for help. Told its a different company and nothing they can do!!! I now need to contact other providers of temp cover myself.

Can you even call this company? My experience has been on live chat with long waits and operators who are clearly serving multiple customers at once. I cancelled my policy and now have to wait 10 days for my refund. Absolutely no need for it to take that long.
