"The last two brain cells of one call"

Customer service is run by a bunch of incompetent youths. That don't have a clue what they're doing. All I want to do is change two details on my renewal, but I've been getting passed back-and-forth for three days now, how hard can it be?Even the most simplest of questions take about 15 minutes to be answered on the live chat and their phone lines are just a game of I don't know try this number. I think I'll try a different company as if it's this hard just to give you my money, then how hard is it going to be in the event of a claim.

"Zero stars"

I would never recomend this firm they are incompetent. Clain unsolved for two years. $170 PER MONTH even with over 30 years no claims absolutely abysmal. I think two years, they have had long enough to sort simple claim out. And i like to speak to a human on the phone, live chat is very hard when expaining something. No paer documents which i like to have aswell as on line portal, money grabbing trash zero stars

Absolutely useless. Can't get through, been waiting for hours over the last 3 days now. Live chat won't help, "Not our department". Call them. Left 3 call backs and nothing. Can't cancel the auto renew and DONT WANT THE POLICY anymore. Soooo frustrating

Had an issue with on line renewal for car insurance. Agent LE6 was one of the best agents I've ever dealt with. She was understanding, helpful and thoughtful and took the time to sort out my issue. Hence why I'm staying with One Call again this year. Thank you Leanne.

"Absolutely useless"

Absolutely useless, you can't speak with a human being! You pay for family legal cover and its not on the policy! You try their online chat only to have a bloody spinning blue circle trying to hypnotise you for over an hour!!If I had known that you couldn't speak to a human being if you had a problem to resolve! I wouldn't have bought the policy! I would have stayed with sainsburys insurance!!

Was given a high renewal price so I spoke to kr2 who was very helpful and got the price back to a sensible figure, why this figure is not offered initially makes me angry and feel that insurance is sometimes legal theft.

"Poor personal service via live chat"

Poor personal service via live chat. Operators just reading off a script and cannot answer any specific questions. One would think they would be keen to acquire new business but clearly not. This is yet another go-between agency acting for several insurers and possibly why they are unable to answer questions. Better to go to insurers direct.
