Bought a "learner" policy for my daughter and when she passed her test they would not allow the policy to be upgraded so we had to start from scratch with 0 NCB, 6 months trouble free driving ignored. My other daughter was able to pay to upgrade her policy with another company so at the end of the year had a full years NCB. This worked out MASSIVELY cheaper than these crooks.

"update policy"
I was trying to update policy with a change of vehicle after the existing getting written off. Was passed from one chat room to another. After 2 hours of this the system failed to change my details and finally a phone number was provided. I was dealt with by "TF" who managed to get the policy up-to-date and answer the questions I had concerning my existing claim. One Call saving money using chat rooms is fine but you need to provide a number when all fails.

"Avoid this company at all costs"
Avoid this company at all costs. Cannot contact them, live chat does not work, cannot cancel on the portal, take your money even when you have cancelled. Horrendous customer service and staggered they are still in business.

Having been insured thru one call for a few years now I was unhappy with my renewal price as it has gone up quite a lot,however,after speaking to Leanne(LE6) today she offered me a very good price which I accepted.she was very professional and explained everything.I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends for their insurance quotes.

"Appalling company"
Appalling company. After 10+ years never having made a claim, their quote for home insurance doubled, and to add insult to injury they added a $30 broker fee for a renewal! Took me over an hour to cancel the "automatic renewal" threat, including online customer portal and phoning customer services. Absolutely appalling customer service, uncompetitive rates and shocking service all round. 100% UN-recommended.

"Try the call back service, it works!"
Having spent 55 mins earlier in the day waiting for an answer, I tried the call back option which was returned very quickly. Well done. Having shopped around and found another similar policy cheaper, I was delighted when AB9 almost matched it and decided to stay with one call. Ab9 answered my questions clearly amd explained everything thoroughly. Last year my breakdown recovery service was excellent and took only one call to get resolved.

"Avoid at all costs"
Avoid at all costs. Very quick to provide quotes for first purchase or renewal. Impossible to contact after payment has been made. They use a customer portal which doesn't seem to work and directs you to 'live chat'. Currently been at position #6 in the queue for well over an hour. I only want to change my address !

"My mistake was to agree to auto-renewal"
My mistake was to agree to auto-renewal of my house insurance. The premium came through more than double last year with no claims made. I tried to contact them- telephone number answers 'use chat function'- which was unavailable! Should be called 'don't call'. I'll look elsewhere.

This company have taken $111 out of my bank account via paypal without any notice at all. They are CROOKS You cannot speak to anyone on the phone inly livechat. Complete nightmare will never ever use them again

"Can't get through to cancel"
Can't get through to cancel. Website advises Webchat. After 30 minutes waiting there, am told I can't cancel via Webchat, but must phone instead. Nobody answers. Ever. So impossible to cancel. I've cancelled my direct debit instead and expect I'll hear from them soon.
