Don't take your renewal notice as final - phone and get a discount - you'll find it worthwhile. However, why should customers have to do this? Why not just give us the best price and save everyone time and money!

"The perfect scam?"

I don't understand all of the good reviews here. I bought a car insurance policy from these guys about a week in advance. They asked for my NCB proof, so I sent it in. It was rejected. So I sent it in again, and I received a letter saying they are going to cancel my insurance policy before it even starts, as the NCB proof isn't valid. (It absolutely was valid, they were just choosing not to approve it for some reason). After a few chats to their operators online, we got no where. Wanting me to jump through hoops to prove I had privately sold my previous car. Why the scrutiny from this company? Just accept my VALID NCB which was given by Elephant. Because we couldn't go any further the policy was cancelled before the scheduled start date and I was charged $50 in fees for the privilege. What an absolute scam. An expensive mistake using this 2nd rate company. I suggest to avoid at all costs.

"If I wouldn't have been so persistent I."

If I wouldn't have been so persistent I would not have got my complaint resolved. Having 'no-one' higher is no excuse, having no phone line and very long online chat waits is not good enough. I had to go direct to their underwriter who said onecall got it wrong and he sorted it out for me. I would never use onecall again.

"I sold my insured bike"

I sold my insured bike, and then tried to cancel the insurance, first attempt resulted in me being charged for insurance I no longer needed, since then, I have continued to be contacted by one call, saying I owe them money as the insurance wasn't cancelled, the refuse to cancel my policy. Pretty useless organisation, when I was insured, I needed rescue, the person who said it was on the way, went home without putting the rescue in place, I was on the road side for over 2 hours before I realised no one was coming. Now they say the person I spoke to to cancel the policy didn't record the cancellation request. I wouldn't trust these people

"Misleading info"

Set up a policy for a months time as policy price only valid for 3 hours- the policy states free cancellation within 14 day period- so I thought - no harm in it- but this is NOT the case- fee of $50-On reflection I found something slightly better so cancelled-there is not a cancellation fee but a set up fee!!! So I had to pay $50 which is hidden in policy documents and is misleading If they are like this at the beginning then I dread to think what they really insure if they misword and misrepresent their intentionsDo not use

"Helpful and good customer service"

I talked to Keira KT1 and she was very helpful and found me a better renewal quote.The one star taken off was just because it's a shame that this price was not originally offered to me, having been a customer for a few year, however, the customer service Keira gave was 5 stars and she was very patient and informative.

"One Call .. should be No Call insurance"

Absolutely appalling company to get through to . One Call insurance should be called impossible to get through to a human being insurance !! Can only use the portal to speak to anyone , portal keeps sending me to wrong department. They then give me a link to use and I end up back where I was talking to the wrong team again . No one to help , cannot calm you back or send an email . Impossible to cancel your policy maybe this is their ploy . I wouldn't recommend them at all . Zero customer service !!!

"My insurance was not even due on my car."

My insurance was not even due on my car for another 3 days and they took out a payment which I did not agree too or authorise, as I do not auto renews. Tried to get hold of them on the phone and webchat, but no one available after hanging on the phone for 25 minutes.

"Customer Support non existent !"

Couldn't access my 'Portal'. Despite getting links to reset etc it wouldn't work!! Says use chatline!! Can't get on unless in your Portal! Found a phone number but, doesn't take phone calls !! Customer support is non existent .
