"Stay away!"

THERE IS NO WAY I COULD LOGIN INTO MY PORTAL. No activation email received with a link to login. I am unable to call anyone as there is no helpline number available. There is no web chat service available unless you login into your portal to which I am unable to login into in the first place. Even as a new customer to chat with anyone, the chat portal simply repeats the message with a waiting time and no body has come online yet. I do not wish to renew my insurance with an alien company when I can't reach anyone to get any help!! Hope if anyone from the company reads this review may reach me out to provide an email id or the way to connect with them if a customer cannot login into their customer portal in the first place!

"Not interested in their Long-Term Loyal Customers"

If I could give no stars, I would. I received my renewal only to find out it had doubled in price. If this is what you do to your long-term loyal customers, then SHAME on you. I have subsequently gone elsewhere and cancelled my renewal. Good Riddance, One Call!!!

"Renewal experience"

Rang to cancel my renewal as quote was too expensive. Went through my details and came up with a much better price. Very helpful and polite. Would have given 5 stars but had to wait 45 minutes to get through to an operator.

"WTAF"

I have never had to make a claim in my 54 years. Last week I had water leaking through my kitchen halogens which blew the fuse box. Plumber discovered a silent leak from the shower. I called to make a claim & it was refused as an exclusion - they do not cover water leaking even silently from grout or sealant. Cancelled my policy & will put money in a savings account

"Not happy, resets passwords dont work and cant get any access"

Not happy. Locked out, the portal doesn't recognise my details - no phone number to contact them. Resetting my password does not work - how the hell do I get to see my policy or even get to speak to someone direct.Cant get into the Live chat - completely locked out! So annoyingand yes One call, I rest my email, tried different details etc etc, time after time - let me in!!!!!!!

"CLAIM RECORDED BUT NO CLAIM MADE !"

I telephoned One call to discuss my policy and decline renewal.They listed a "claim" and reported a claim to MIB and CUE !?! One call chat agent Jessica C kept me holding on for over an hour. Then referred me to a closed department and closed the chat before I could even screenshot the departments Website address ! So no I wont be recommending One call. One call has behaved so badly it will definitely make me remember never to use or recommend them.

"SIX months down the line after my."

SIX months down the line after my husband and daughter were knocked off their motorbike by an 18 year old , and still no settlement. One call say the other side have not admitted liability so we are stuck. No liability and yet the police are taking the driver to court for serious injury by dangerous driving. ? Why do we bother with insurance when the likes of one call don't seem bothered either?

"GOOD POLICY PRICE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"

IMPRESSED WITH THE POLICY PRICE. HOWEVER I DID NOT RECEIVE A RENEWAL REMINDER. I WENT ON THE PORTAL AND HAVE RENEWED MY POLICY, BUT CANNOT CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A QUERY I HAVE AS THE PHONE LINES ARE NOT WORKING, NEITHER IS THE LIVE CHAT WORKING.I FEEL THAT ITS SAD ONE CALL HAVE LET THEMSELVES DOWN IN THIS WAY. READING PRIOR REVIEWS THEY SEEM TO BE VERY EFFICIENT. I DO HOPE THAT WILL BE THE CASE.

"How many people have this company scammed out of money"

Had an email to say they are automatically renewing my van insurance which I did not want or activate. I went to the portal where all my details are stored, there is nothing to stop the renewal so you have to contact them which takes ages but they know exactly what they are doing. Even when I entered the chat and stated I did not want a renewal they proceeded to give me another reduced quote that I did not want. Stay away from this scam company. How many people have this company scammed out of money because they make it so difficult to cancel a renewal
