"Rubbish motor insurance company"

Rubbish motor insurance company. Took massively increased premium without authority 2 weeks before the due date. They do not recognise the policy number given therefore I could not make contact to cancel. The matter is now in the hands of the credit card company.

Been with these for a couple of years. No accidents or claims. They decided they want to up my insurance from $232 to $446 a year for no reason at all on a renewal (annual renewal). No reason given other than, that's our renewal quote!!!

Spoke to Cameron, username CR4, regarding my policy renewal. Very helpful but knowing that i would be looking around as my policy cost has increased quite a bit, i thought he may try to keep me by looking if they could lower it slightly without me having to go away, look elsewhere then call them back again! Time consuming!

I unfortunately had to contact One Call with a $95 price hike on my house insurance. I spoke with Brooke- BB3 who was helpful.By contacting One Call I managed to get the renewal price down $95 to the same as last year.

Worst insurance company goin got no phone number where you can speak to someone except to do a claim ! Impossible to get hold of the right person get to live chat and they send you a link to the right department and just bounce you all over made me pay for my policy even though they wrote my vehicle off and refused to give it me back even tho it was my vehicle then a year later pay me less than I paid for it joke believe me waste of time

Very poor communication, frustrating is not a strong enough word to describe how poor the live chat is, when you do get through the operators are not helpful have little knowledge and seem to be very underhand in giving clarity and help, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DEVIOUS, UNCOOPERATIVE AND VERY UNPLEASANTAVOID-AVOID-AVOID-AVOID
