Man Best Buy sucks. I ordered some airpods and they stopped working after a day. They clearly don't check the quality or condition of the product. Thanks for wasting my time. I wish Radio Shack was still a thing. They were reliable.

Wow wish I had read the ratings before I tried to buy something here. Bought a TV online From Best Buy drove an hour away to Best Buy in Lee Summit MO . They sent an order fulfillment email to me and when I got there they said the order was cancelled I asked why they said probably because the TV is out of stock. I asked an employee if there were any TV with that sku # he told me they had 4 of them. Screw Best Buy I should have just bought one from Walmart. No wonder there rating is so low

Best Buy should change their name to "Best Scam"! I have shopped their for years, earned many points for my purchases, I even have a Best Buy Credit Card. They tell you if you pay them HUNDREDS EXTRA PER YEAR you can be a Total Tech Member where if you purchase a Best Buy Product your Installation will be FREE!!! Not so. The other day I went in to purchase 12 Sonos Ceiling Speakers. They gave me their best buy price ($8,000.00), which I beat elsewhere. Then I stated since I am a Total Tech Member the Installation is "Free" Correct? NOPE, they then gave me a INSTALLATION PRICE OVER $2,000.00 to Remove the Existing Ceiling Speakers, from the Existing Speaker Wires previously installed in my home (approximately 2 hour job) with the New Sonos Ceiling Speakers for $2,000.00

Now less that a year later the light on my new gas stove is half lit. You can't talk to the store. You can't get anyone to help!!!! What happened to this store?!!

I will never again do business with Best Buy. What a flipping debacle trying to purchase something online. I made a mistake and purchased the wrong size TV. I realized my mistake called immediately to switch to a smaller version. Of course that delayed delivery another day. The day before delivery I opened up the Best Buy app and saw that my purchase was canceled. Apparently there was an issue with Apple Pay. I received no notification no option to provide an additional method of payment. I spent another hour on the phone trying to understand what the problem was. Upon their explanation, they re-ordered the same TV but again delivery would be delayed yet another day. At this point I would've been without a TV for nearly a week. No one made an effort to assist or escalate the delivery. After 2 1/2 hours on the phone, someone at the corporate office finally was able to have my TV delivered and set up for me the same day. How is it that after 2 1/2 hours and multiple phone calls when no one else offered to help did I find one person at Best Buy who understood the dilemma and helped me immediately. Apparently, they have an army of agents who are trained to be all sweetness and light not willing to help find a solution.They need to take two phrases out of their vocabulary, "I understand" and "unfortunately".Anyone in the customer service industry understands not to tell a customer that they understand because they obviously do not. 'Unfortunately' should be stricken from the vocabulary altogether.Now I see that they owe me for three yes three charges on my bank card for the same TV which they have not refunded me to this day. How long will this take I wonder?This was definitely a lesson in patience and fortitude.Get rid of your goddamn scripts when you're dealing with customers and show a little empathy.

I ordered online, but my shipment got lost in the warehouse and was returned to the center. Now, I have to wait an additional five days, on top of the three days I've already waited. This experience has been truly disappointing for Best Buy, and I'm never ordering from them again.
