"I would be giving Best Buy 0 stars if I."

I would be giving Best Buy 0 stars if I could. worst customer service ever. They promised me a gift card for my inconvenience for Best Buy cancelling my order. waited and waited and now they are saying I will not be getting it and it is not in the system. Will not be shopping with these liars of a company that fell apart. I used to love shopping with them. Best Buy needs to go back to how they were.

"Don't trust BestBuy.com reviews"

Don't trust BestBuy.com reviews! They have failed to honor a delivery schedule for the 3rd time. I took time off work to be available today from 7AM - 7PM Monday 1/29 and they sent me a message at 7:20AM that they need to reschedule. If you look at every other review site they receive less than 3 stars consistently but have almost a 5 star rating on their site because they reserve the right to delete unfavorable ratings. They also don't consider a "verified purchase" until you receive the item. So you can't leave a review on their failure to review cancelled or no show deliveries.

"horrific customer service"

Ordered a TV they said it would be ready in 3 day. Zero way to contact store all calls go to Asia. I was told it was at the store so I rented a truck drove 3 hours got a hotel all to be told "it's not here" a completely horrific customer experience and I'm out $500 travel expenses. 5 days later and they have no idea where my TV is, the store manager says the truck never showed up and doesn't know when it will, the 800# says it hasn't even been picked up by a carrier. Online tracking says it is delayed, Complete fail by incompetent morons.

"fantastic for gift cards + great staff"

This was my first time buying gift cards and I picked Best Buy near Times Square in NYC for that. I needed one for my nephew's upcoming birthday. They got a TON of options to choose from! Ended up buying him some NBA store and Under Armour cards. Staff's AWESOME! There's 1 room for improvement during the checkout process - the square counter doesn't make it easy to figure out where the line starts. when I was there it wasn't rush hour but I can easily imagine it to be SUPER messy when that's the case!!

"Naples fl .store."

Naples fl .store store we went to best buy store on 2/ 18 /2024 to look for a new refrigerator . we were walking around best buy looking at your verious models . we had just visited lowes and home depot . we had not tried best buy as yet . your salesman MR and offered Chris GERDEL and offered to help us. it did not take very long for us to see that we had the right Sales Consultant , he was very kind in his comments about about Best Buy and their Quality programs . he knew each and everything we asked about ! product . we opened an account and Chris is the best salesman we have ever met .

"Billing Dispute from Hell"

I will never shop at Best Buy again. I closed my BB credit card. I had a billing dispute with them. I hadn't shopped at BB in over a year. Then this past August 2023 I started to receive Emails from BB/Citi saying my account with them is delinquent. I get similar emails like that. All Spam or Phishing. Trash. I went on my BB cell App and no transactions for 18 months. Then I get a letter in the US mail with my Citi account number. It's legit. I call and I owe them over $140. After a couple weeks and many hours of numerous calls to Werst Buy/Citi - I owe $70 for my MS Office 365 software. Next day I go to BB and pay the $70. Case closed. Account Closed. Then I get another BB bill for $119. I never learned what the new charge is for. Instead of continued dealing with BB- Phone calls, letters to store and Corporate, in store visit- I just pay the $119. Assume it was late fees for being 3 months delinquent on $70 charge. Case closed. And my Credit Score plunges. It was over 800. Not anymore.

"Buyer Beware if you are thinking of."

Buyer Beware if you are thinking of purchasing an appliance from Best Buy. We just went through the customer experience from hell when we recently purchased a dishwasher from them. We waited several weeks for it to be delivered, then after messing with it for a while, the installers told us it was defective, and WE would have to contact Best Buy to have it removed. The Best Buy customer service center told us we would have to wait 24 hours to schedule the removal but since this was on Friday, and Monday was a holiday we ended up waiting 4 days. Best Buy told us they could not bring out a replacement until mid-February [over 30 days later] so we cancelled our order. When the removal persons came out, they told us they were not qualified to "uninstall" it and we would have to call Best Buy again. We called the 1-800 number they gave us [again, the infamous customer service call center] and my wife spent a half-hour on the phone getting the run around and finally referred us to yet another number - the service department. When we finally got a hold of someone there, they told us we could only schedule an "uninstall" [again we would have to wait 24 hours before scheduling this], and then, AFTER IT HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED, we would have to call back yet again to haul it away. Since the time windows they have us for each trip are long, it means taking an entire day off work each time. As of this date, the defective dishwasher still sits in our kitchen, and Best Buy still has our money and we will be out 4 days pay. We have been Best Buy members for years and have purchased numerous items from them - but no more. We are done with Best Buy and their crappy products and customer service.

"Beware of Up Selling and False Info @ Best Buy"

Went to Best Buy to pick up a tv purchased online. Prior to purchasing, I researched the Roku Plus QLED 4k 55" TV.They did not have the Roku Plus QLED 4k tv on display. The sales person then tried to up sell me a more expensive tv. I wasn't so bothered his effort to sell a fancier TV. But, I was very troubled by the misrepresentations they made about the Roku TV's refresh rate being not fast enough to view sports or action shows. Because I had reviewed the bench tests of the Roku Plus TV, it was disappointing the sales person treated me with disrespect by flat out telling untruths about the product. He tried to mislead me about the Roku Plus QLED model sold by Best Buy. Two of the Best Buy sales persons repeated the falsehood that the Roku Plus 4k QLED could not process basketball, hockey or other sports without blurring or shadowing. That simply is not true.Having asked two sales people in that store independently the same questions, it seemed very clear Best Buy was trying to mislead its customers in order to sell more expensive TVs. I liked Best Buy stores and bought several tv's and electronics there over many years. But I'd never shop there again.

"15 day return/exchange policy is."

15 day return/exchange policy is ridiculous! Bought a TV , not working just want to exchange it for one that works but its past the 15 days. Seems its a way of Best Buy getting out of any responsibility for any of their products. Definitely not BEST buy. They are not their for the customers

"The worst website to have an account"

The worst website to shop on. Constant password resets. Set your password and a day or 2 later another password reset. I have cleared cookies and cache, and nothing helps. I am in the process of paying off my Best Buy bill and I will be done with them for good. It's just to aggravating to deal with. No other website that I have accounts with is like this.
