"Best Buy You are a horrible company and."
Best Buy You are a horrible company and your customer service is atrocious. I spent over $8000, paid cash, and three months later still do not have all my appliances. My refrigerator was broken by your delivery team a month ago. Took a month to get replacement and then on delivery day (today) they rescheduled after I called to confirm. You have my money and I still don't have my product. Your call center staff does not understand what I am saying and read from a script and cannot complete simple problem solving steps. I called and asked to speak with supervisor and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes only to be told the supervisor would call me back and the supervisor did not understand what I was saying. He just kept saying so sorry and rescheduled my delivery for tomorrow. I want to speak with someone who can make this right and get me my product. You can't call the store, you can't call corporate to complain and your set up is to use your 888 number so the customer service representatives who do not understand nor think for themselves cannot really help you and your goal is to frustrate your me the customer so I'll give up. I've learned my lesson and will never spend another dime in your establishment. Buyer beware!!!!

"I would give them zero stars if I."
I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a TV and within 2 hours I changed my mind. Website says order can be cancelled up until it ships. Best Buy refused to let me cancel it. I was given all sorts of excuses such as they would have to look into it and they would talk to the backroom team etc. I was told the backroom team would get back to me within 24-48 hours and I never once heard from them. I talked to Best Buy 2-3 times a day trying to get order cancelled and still they refused. One day a "floor manager" told me it was authorized and it was going to be shipped. This was after 4 days of trying to get it cancelled. On the 5th day they shipped it by Purolator. I was able to turn it around and have it shipped back to them. They acknowledged they had received it and I would get a refund once they checked the package to make sure it was intact. Then they told me it is an automated process...days went by with no refund being issued. I finally called head office and she told me she had checked with the backroom team and had promised her that my refund would be expedited within 2 days..This is now 2 weeks after they had received it back..Again nothing. I called my bank and they opened a dispute with Best Buy and my bank refunded the money to me. That was 10 days ago and still no refund from Best Buy. From the start of this whole process...they lied and strung me along with all sorts of inaccurate information and outright lies.. I dont know if RBC is even going to be a able to get the money back. Best Buy are the epitome of scammers. I will never ever do business with them again! They cannot be trusted on any level!!! Being a senior on a limited budget means that them stealing my trust and my money had a huge impact on my finances until RBC got involved and refunded my money!!

"If you decide to buy a TV from Best Buy beware of the EXTRA CHARGES!"
If you decide to buy a TV at Best Buy, just know that after you pay for a Warranty, Installation and hauling away the old TV you are going to pay a lot more money than if you went to Costco. I recently walked into Best Buy and purchased a 77 inch LG Oled TV. $2500, a reasonably god price in comparison to others. The warranty was $600, the installation was $250 and disposal of old TV $50. The total $3400. I then decided to call Costco. The same TV was $2500, they include a 3 year additional warranty on top of the manufactures warranty, so 5 year total warranty. Best Buy will tell you there warranty is better. Costco installation is $69 and my local trash company took the old TV away without charge. That's it for a total of $2569. A savings to me of $831!!!!! So I cancelled my purchase with Best Buy. Buyer beware!

"Home repair appointment canceled 3."
Home repair appointment canceled 3 times with no explanation. Now our unit is out completely! Guess where I WON'T be purchasing a replacement.Edit: went to our local store hoping to get some answers but they wouldn't even consider talking to us about it. Only through the useless 1-800 number. The manager was just as dismissive. Getting our new TV from Costco at a better price, with extra extended warranty and Peacock for free.

"I had purchased an iPad with same day."
I had purchased an iPad with same day delivery. on January 30, 2024, online. I waited all day for the delivery never came, I received an email at 8:10pm that the order will be delayed. and for update on order, I should go to website on order detail. on January 31 in the morning there was an option for new delivery day I clicked on Wednesday Feb 1, 2024, delivery. Today Wednesday February 1 at 1:00pm I got online to chat to see if it was being delivered. and found out It was on hold for some reason. And was told to call It is apparent that my time has no value to BestBuy so I cancel the order and will buy the item from different place.

"BestBuy couldn't care less about its customers"
Don't waste your time setting up an appointment for an iphone battery replacement. They have not had Apple batteries for months. Yet they don't tell you this when you make an online appointment, even when they know the exact phone model and what service you need. Very angry to have wasted over an hour of my time driving to BestBuy only to be told they can't do the replacement. So why did they accept the appointment? Disgusting.

"They shipped me a damaged item"
They shipped me an item that they damaged, then didn't add any packing material so it was also damaged during shipping. Wouldn't replace it and only offered me 10% of the items value on a gift card. Done with this place

"Terrible sales/customer service"
Terrible sales/customer service. Tried chatting with geek squad to get advice on which product they'd recommend for a specific issue we're having. GS told me to call the BB 888 number, which I did. they transferred me back and forth between geek squad and other departments (me having to explain my issue each time) for the next 35 minutes until finally disconnecting my call!! WTH? How are these people even in business? They wasted 40 minutes of my life so I will not be buying from this company.

"Bad policies - worse customer service."
Wanted to open the box to check if the item, a chest freezer, was in good condition after reading numerous complaints of people getting the item home to find that it was dented. I was told that once I open the box it cannot be returned even if damaged, so I returned it right then and there, unopened. What a waste of my time! Will never buy anything from Best Buy ever again!

"Shame on the Geeks in the Squad at Best."
Shame on the Geeks in the Squad at Best Buy! Fairborn, OH (Online)This is not good for Best Buy or for me! Today, I contacted Best Buy Geek Squad (online) to ask a question about my laptop's camera (e.g., It's not working). The Geek Squad started an examination on my laptop with my permission. The Agent (Vij) stated the problem that I was having is a two-phased problem, which will require updated drivers, costing $42.99. While waiting for Agent 2 to arrive, he began to take over my screen, no communication with me, he just began to look try different things. What I thought was strange is, he started looking at a You Tube video on how to download a particular driver. So, I thought nothing further of it. About 20-25 minutes had gone by and I began to notice that he was scanning files on my computer. It reminded me of Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible, when he was hanging from the ceiling as he plugged in a disk to download files that he was stealing from a computer. But what topped matters off, Agent 2, after running a scan that was going at least 100 miles per minute -one could barely see the white horizontal lines moving rapidly on the computer screen. Then all of a sudden the Support-LogMeIn.exe. box went away without any warnings from Agent 2. What was he up to, I wondered? So, I'm thinking to myself, "he could have said something before leaving." Why didn't he prompt me of the results from his findings? Well, perhaps, he had fixed the computer's camera I thought, which is all that matters. So, I checked the computer's camera to find that it is still not working! Quickly, it dawned on me, "wait a minute." I think that I was just robbed of my personal and financial data. I immediately contacted Best Buy to report just what I had experienced. Everyone seems to have the same script, "I'm sorry that happened to you, let me get the Geek Squad to help." In short, I am back at square one. But NO WORRIES! This is a job for the FBI, after I contact my financial institutions, along with filing the necessary reports with the locals. The bottom line, I am left with the same problem, plus out of $42.99! More importantly, who knows where my data is right about now! Shame on Best Buy and its Geek Squad.
