"STAY AWAY"

Bought an IPAD 3 weeks ago and they said it would be delivered in a few days - IT NEVER SHIPPED. I'll be contacting my credit card company. There is no support and they don't even monitor this Trustpilot page...

"Don't come here to get your car radio."

Don't come here to get your car radio installed. Waste of time. Nobody to talk to, they will sell you the radio but there is no support. Nobody knows anything about the installation. They just shuffled me around over and over and then the phone would hang up. How ridiculous! There is no way to get your car stereo installed. AVOID at all costs. Go to a local installer.

"False ad"

Best Buy's online ad for computer Monitors states that if you recycle, they will give a 10% discount on a new LG monitor. I took my old monitor into the store and they not only refused to give me the 10% discount, but insisted that I pay a fee for them to take the old monitor. I will shop elsewhere. Wasted trip to their store.

"I just purchased a Toshiba TV and had."

I just purchased a Toshiba TV and had to order it because they had none in the store. I picked it up today and took it home . While unboxing it, I saw that the screen was smashed so I took it back to the store. The manager accused me of the damage and refused to accept it back for a refund. I called several 800 #'s and got no one to help me. I was a loyal customer and had made several big purchases there. I will never go back and strongly recommend you to stay away from Best Buy!!

"Order delayed 5 times. Rebought for $605.00 less"

Order delayed 5 times for stove Feb 14, 15, 21, 24, 29. Phone customer service will not process without purchase order and serial number of stove (dah undelivered). Lea Customer Advocate team never returned phone calls 3 days. Estallo, Jolaiza-Cw. Never returned email requests for 3 days to reschedule delivery again.Local rep when called "I am off today for Valentine's Day and cannot cancel order". Got the same exact stove by model number at Costco for $605 less and 3 day delivery. You have been warned!

"I purchased a television for a friend."

I purchased a television for a friend for Christmas. It was delivered end of December. One month later it's not working. Samsung picked it up and giving my friend the total runaround and still not delivery date for his TV to be returned!! Best Buy was completely worthless! NEVER will I buy another Samsung product or set foot in a Best Buy. I thought they would have better service than Costco and I even paid more for the television. Lesson learned.

"Chat Support is a Bad Joke!"

Tried to order some digital delivery Hulu cards that were on sale. Gave all valid payment info, verified e-mail address, etc. Order cancelled, "couldn't verify some information."Tried chat, not only could they not tell me what needed to be verified, they suggested I order from my nearest store: Chicago. I am in Montana - Not exactly confidence inspiring!They finally said if I re-ordered the order would definitely not be cancelled again. Did so with a different credit card: Order cancelled. Giving up now.
