"Store uses deceptive practices when it."

Store uses deceptive practices when it comes to meeting their promised delivery dates. I was advised 2 days after placing order that Item ordered Wednesday with next day delivery is not going to arrive for an additional 8 days. Promised dates are not to be trusted. We needed the item right away. In trying to keep local brick and mortar stores in business I ended up totally inconvenienced. Should have order from Amazon after all. When asked for a small price adjustment to compensate for inconvenience ,I was told this would not be possible. What good is customer service if they can't help resolve a problem,

"Bestbuy illegally used my data to ban me."

Bestbuy tells me to contact police and give them police report on an item they say was stolen. Once I have them the police report they used my sensitive information in the report without consent to ban me from buying from there store. Disgusting company takes my money and bans there problems away. Words from bestbuy Elida, Executive Resolution Specialist "we cannot accept orders from you to help avoid loss to you." Phone: (612)292-9458. I've reached out a dozen times and all messages were ignored.

"Best Buy Ripoff"

I purchased a very expensive Sony TV in March 2023 and was also sold, without disclosure a maintenance plan that was set to renew for nearly $180.00 in March of 2024.I did not authorize additional charges for the TV at the time I purchased it, nor would I have approved it if asked.I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as this practice is unlawful and disingenuous on the part of this corporation.

"DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS TRASH COMPANY"

Best Buy sold me a cord and promised it the next day. I was awakened this morning by their text saying it would arrive Tuesday; today is Friday. I called to cancel the item and was tortured by Indian speaking people who asked me for blood from my body to verify a purchase for a refund. I called a second time and was hung up on. If you attempt to go through their website, there is no option to cancel. This debacle was not worth my time or energy.

"The salesman told me what I wanted to.The"

The salesman told me what I wanted to hear to secure the sale. He was knowledgeable about the product - but gave me false info about the Microsoft app. He told me Microsoft 365 was FREE FOR A YEAR. He said at that point you can pay monthly, yearly or buy it outright (I wanted to buy it outright).In fact, you cannot buy it out right and it is only free for a 1 month trial!!!

"Disappointing and Frustrating"

I contacted BestBuy on 12/21/23 shortly after receiving notification that my order had been delivered. Unfortunately; my order was not delivered to my door as it normally would for orders of this capacity. My home is equipped with video doorbell; so I am able to view and/or review any and all footage logged over time. In this case FedEx did not seek a signature for this item as they should have; which I did report to FedEx. Upon checking the entrance and lobby areas of the vicinity; no package was found. I immediately contacted BestBuy and was told not to worry and that a refund had been initiated by one department to another and that I would be refunded within 10 business days. Following the 10 business days I decided to follow up with BestBuy to be informed that the refund had not been initiated and that I must contact the courier. After communicating with FedEx I was told that only the merchant can file a claim on behalf of the consumer/customer. Once again I called BestBuy to inform them as to what I was told by the courier. BestBuy then instructed me to contact law enforcement to file a report; which I did while following up again with BestBuy providing the report/case number. At this point I have not yet heard from BestBuy regarding my refund for a package I never received. This was a real disappointment to my son; who lost out on an awesome surprise. We are now well into January and I have not yet heard from BestBuy nor have I received a refund. Any purchase valued at a high price point shouldn't be left anywhere other than the hands of the purchaser; signature required.

"Vitamix on sale never in stock."

I called back on beginning of February, i wanted to buy a Vitamix blender they had on sale. When called the customer service line, they said they didnt have any in stock in any store close to me. I asked them how could i get one? I also told them i was going on holidays that same week and coming back in around 2 weeks. They said not to worry to check back when i come back and to mentioned i spoke to them and they would grand me the sale price.Called them 2 days ago and they said, SORRY but there is nothing we can do, the price went up and so i had to buy it regular price...I have been shopping at best buy for years and i trusted the person working for Best buy on the other line. Spoke with a Manager (Precious) and she said the same.. I am really unhappy with how they handle things. They dont offer you rainchecks anymore, but they didnt have the blender since they got it on sale....How can you as a customer get one sale item if they never had it....
