"Awful"

Awful, they dont have a number to just the store, all their customer service is outsourced to india, drivers dont care, they showed up to our new house without calling ahead on moving day, left and made us reschedule to which they did not reschedule the appliance installation and nobody cares we have kids and are without a fridge. Without a doubt the worst experience ive had, i will never purchase another thing from best buy

"Horrible experience"

Horrible experience. Best Buy delivery was fustrating and waste of time. Third party delivery company was actually for helpful then Best Buy customer service. Best Buy customer service are uninformed of own store policies. System does not allow for missed delivery of warehouse pick-up. Will never shop here again. Horrible experience on $1,500.00 Television.

"Worse company ever"

Worse company ever! Don't ever have an issue bc they will pass you around and never address your issue! Best Buy uses unprofessional delivery services that will come to your home not knowing what they are doing and in my case threatening my wife! Best Buy's did nothing AT ALL! I will NEVER EVER use their services in life

"Don't buy the protection plans or expect any customer support"

I bought a t.v. and protection plan from Best Buy Calgary with the assurance that if anything went wrong the item would be replaced with no questions asked. The t.v. stopped working, and have received no assistance from Best-Buy support which seems to be focussed on how best not to support the customer and to get rid of them as quickly as possible. I don't see me every buying from them again, and I would suggest for anybody not to bother with their bogus claims about protection and customer service

"Late and Incorrect Delivery"

My order was delivered to the wrong address. If not for the honesty of the person who received it, I would be out $375 (not alot for most people but I am a Disabled Veteran living on a fixed income). Not only was the shipping box too big and damaged when it arrived but there was hardly any packing from keeping the item safe in transit. Panasonic DP-UB420P-K in a THIN 19x14x12 box with one line of air cushions for padding. Shipped out of Chino, CA to Colorado Spings, CO!!! DISGUSTED WITH BEST (WORST) BUY!!!

"I had a bad experience with Best Buy on."

Best Buy Ltd. #932, 7850 Weston Rd. , Bldg. E Unit 1, Woodbridge ON, L4L 9N8I had a bad experience with Best Buy on Boxing Day. When I entered the store, I encountered the manager who looked at me in a racially stereotypical manner. Before I could discuss trading in laptops he refused and stated they don't handle such trades in the current store. When I inquired about alternative locations he simply told me to find out myself with no suggestions.Despite this, I proceeded to the laptop section browsed and found one to purchase on credit. During the checkout they swiped my credit card three times due to a machine error. They then switched to a different POS system to create my profile without explaining the details. Despite my repeated request to use credit from Fair Stone they continued promoting their own service and eventually charged me admin fee $50 plus tax.While waiting in line the store manager a short guy, approached the Geek Squad area and singled me out and He spoke to his supervisor without a name tag on Boxing Day. Deliberately, he delayed my billing process for the new purchase publicly bullied me and had a group of boys in the background inside the Geek Squad area laughing at me.The entire ordeal was incredibly embarrassing, and I demand the dismissal of both individuals for bullying. I am prepared to go to court armed with all the evidence and factual information.

"Never buy from Best Buy"

Never buy from Best Buy, which tricks people and snatches money from individuals!I bought a TV from Best Buy for an 18-month payment plan of $29/month two years ago. The person who sold it to me told me that I had to pay $29 to finish the payment in 18 months and I believed him and set up Autopay from my Bank Account and forgot about it. Three days ago I got a notification from Credit Karma that my credit score decreased by -63 points because of this card. Then I went to Best Buy online and saw there was a $574 balance on it (after paying $29/month for two years) when I dug deep down, I found out that they had added a $340 interest charge to my balance 6 months ago (August 2023 statement). I tried to talk with them up to the third level manager and they said it was a deferred interest and that was the interest for the 18 months because there was a remaining balance at the end of the 18 months and it couldn't be waived, because it is more than two months. The TV I bought $869, ended up with $1270 in 24 months. I paid $401 extra to close the balance and not pay extra interest to them.

"Very poor delivery experience"

Very poor experience. Ordered some items to be delivered with a delivery date that I wanted the items delivered.I am getting notifications today, Saturday, from Roadie app, your items are out for delivery! What?? They were supposed to be delivered Sunday and Tuesday.Call Roadi number and get dispatched to India. He was able to stop the delivery with driver. Now I have to call Best Buy to schedule redelivery. OK whatever. Call Best Buy and once again, patched through to India. Now I am being told I will be refunded for the purchase and will have to re purchase everything again. Ridiculous.Went on Amazon and ordered the exact same items for $100's less. Good bye Best Buy.

"The store on Blanding in jacksonville."

The store on Blanding in jacksonville Florida is the WORST store I have ever been in. The employees are rude and stupid and lazy. I bought a new Apple Watch and wanted them to transfer the data. It took 3 hours !!!! No one at that store cares about customers. They start helping you and then just disappear. Seriously I saw one young woman trying to buy a new phone and not one employee helped her. Do not waste your time going in that store I swear Walmarts has much better employees than this place.

"Never received the guards for the drone"

Never received the guards for the drone. Shows they were sent back to bestbuy because they tried to send to a bad address. Tried to call customer service which was a joke since the person was not in USA or could speak or understand English. Best Buy support is a total joke
