"Worst customer experience ever"
Worst customer experience ever. When I explained to the manager that I came from another electronics store and they had the item I was trying to purchase for $100 less than Best Buy he stated that they could only honor a price match from a website. When I asked if they could call to verify the price the manager stated that he had no "just" to call the store. I decided not to purchase the item and left the store. I looked up Best Buy's price match guarantee and it states the price can be from a website or advertisement (of which I had a picture of the advertisement). I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for many years but I will now choose to spend my money elsewhere.

"I ordered a computer for my wife's."
I ordered a computer for my wife's birthday. A very high-end computer. They promised it would be at the store at a certain time at a certain day. That day comes and it's not at the store I called the store. Wait on hold for 45 minutes And finally find out the computers not at the store however, it is in Washington state. I called their helpline. They were kind of condescending so I canceled the order and I have no present for my wife on her birthday. Thank you Best Buy for nothing. Bottom line don't promise something you can't keep .

I went into Best buy on April 11th 2024 to buy a car stereo for my car this would be the third stereo I would be buying from Best buy and each time I went there that was free installation and the stereos I bought were $150 in range. This time the guy tells me that it's not free unless it's over $200 and then I would have to buy all the extra equipment cuz it's a different car. I tried to tell him that I have bought two other stereos and never had that told to me and I had free installation under $200 stereo but he would not budge I left the store and did some research. In my research I found out that he was totally lying to me so I will never be going back there to buy anything at all

I'm 64 yrs old and still pretty good at the tech stuff. My girlfriend who has MS needed a new phone. After some research Best Buy was my best cost option. Holy mother of God what a completely Fuked up store. I just have to ask is the world run by complete retrds? I spent over 25 minutes trying to contact a human representing Best Buy. Is there any way a big box store could be any dumber? Your phone system is a complete joke and when I did go to the store to purchase a phone the salesperson that helped me was not the least bit shy about their views concerning the Best Buy phone system bullsit. I'm building a new home and would say I need about 20,000 to 30,000 in new appliances. I will never even consider Best Buy for these purchases. You people are dumber than the day is long. I will defund the service that I received because it was really good. You just seem too dumb to manage anything. Keep up the great work stupid dumb fcks!!!!!!!!

"Atrocious Customer Service"
*What I wrote -I came into the store today January 16th 2024 at 1:00pm to purchase a screen saver, a phone case, a pop socket and a dash holder for my phone.I wasn't greeted, there were several employees helping other customers in the same isles I was in and I thought when they were done they would ask me if I needed help but unfortunately not the case?When I found a few of my items I headed to the customer service desk where they do installs and such and no one was there but employees could see me. I waited from 1:15 until 1:30 and decided to chat online with Best Buy.I had agent Lee online who was extremely rude, telling me to go find someone but there was a long line at the front of the store and surely if I left the other counter I'd lose my place which I told Lee. I also mentioned that I didn't want my total membership renewed come time which I was told that was my option. Lee rudely stated I could not opt out and I could cancel effective today? Why would I do that when I paid for a year, and if I could cancel today why can I not put in the system to not renew?I've had a lot of issues with the store. Bought security cameras and my appointment cancelled without my notice? The salesman telling me I could have geek squad help me connect items in my home (computer) at no cost to come back and see him which I did and then he acted like he didn't know me? Took me to the front desk then just walked away and for my computer, printer and dvd they wanted to charge me nearly $300?I don't understand the poor customer service, even when I call in and speak to customer service they are argumentative. You cannot call the store directly which I've never heard of before? I'm hoping to get some kind of resolution/answers? This response from him was lackadaisical and sarcastic.Needless to say I did not make a purchase. He can start with breaking down each issue starting with the total membership debacle.

"Bought a once in a lifetime camera for."
Bought a once in a lifetime camera for $1400 had waited forever and saved. Was unable to open and use it until the 16th day after purchase, due to holidays, family and work obligations and illness. Believed I had 30 days to return. No, apparently they allow 15 days. So I opened the box and the camera was rattling on the inside when moved. Broken. Best Buy had NOTHING to offer except "sorry, it's outside our return window". Will never purchase another item from this company or any owned by them, as long as I live. Came here to help you do the same.

Trust the 1 star reviews!Said they delivered a item which I never received , been emailing for about 3 weeks now was offered a refund then they have said they are looking into it further again , just a circle of lies! Avoid this retailer at all cost isn't worth the trouble and waiting time!Will be taking this matter to the disputes tribunal as they will not help me !

Never delivered the product. Their shipper says it delivered, but will not provide photos. The link for the photos is broken and they will not send Best Buy is not willing to refund to replace the items.
