"Very pathetic"
Major glitch in the application allowing people to make orders while quantities are not confirmed. In some instances the application shows zero quantities and when exiting and reordering it shows available quantities. However if you order, the order goes in process and after waiting for two hours you get your order cancelled without real excuse of why it was cancelled. In fact the order gets cancelled when the staff realizes no physical quantities available at the store. And instead of being honest with the customers the staff comes up with incorrect fabricated stories. On top of that, spending half hour chatting with customer service does not yield to any solutions. Instead you just waste more of your time. Very surprised to see such a reactive and behavior from "Best Buy" staff and software application

Not a knowledgeable staff, . I don't know if they get paid on commission or not. And as you could see all the reviews here on trust pilot, it seems to be very low in readings one star out of five.!! I didn't have to read very far to see everybody else seems to have the same problems. DO NOT BUY TP ROUTERS. DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT BELIEVE THAT BEST BUY WILL HELP YOU. AND ONLY A TWO WEEK WARRANTY. AS OTHERS HAVE STATED. WHY DID I BUY AT THAT PLACE? JUST AN HONEST REVIEW.

"BUYER BEWARE!!!"
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Ordered 2 hard drives. Got the 1st one no problem, the 2nd one UPS couldn't deliver because Best Buy had only put 1/2 of our address on the label.After an hour on the phone with someone who could barely understand english,they assured me they corrected it. UPS never got the address update. I tried putting my entire address in my account info. Wouldn't let me change my address. NEVER ORDERING FROM AGAIN

"Best buy will scam you once they lose your package"
I placed a order for some almost $600 airpod max headphones from best buy Online Order NumberBBY01-806637509432.The major problem....the headphones were delivered to a hotel 150 miles away from my house. I contacted bestbuy and the hotel right away. The hotel said they refused the package as I didn't have reservation with them. Bestbuy said no problem at all you will refunded. Weeks later no refund. A month later no refund. I contacted BestBuy many many times on this and they give the same excuses. "please be patient" A year latter they say after a internal investigation the package is said to be stolen and I should contact the police. Like seriously you waste dozens of hours of my time to say I'm not getting refund in the end that it was theft? I file a police report and contact BestBuy and they say we will totally help just sent us the police report. Soon after I get a message from Elida executive resolution specialist saying they cannot help as they are not responsible for loss or theft. Whats even funnier is Elida says I'm permanently banned from there online store "to protect me from further loss." till the year 2050 I've purchased tens of thousands of dollars from best buy over the years and never had this problem before. I would have been better off not even contacting bestbuy for help. What a joke business.

There are no human beings to assist you in resolving problems. You can no longer call a specific store. You can no longer get a Customer Service Rep who speaks English as their first language. There are no humans for problem resolution. If they have accidentally charged you, too bad. The CEO is a ghost. Amazon has better customer service than Best Buy. So does Target. Don't give Best Buy your business.

"I tried to use their price match."
I tried to use their price match guarantee only to after 1 1/2 hour on phone and much confusions on everybody's part( 3 customer support people ) I was denied AMAZON'S sale price. Customer support manager said it was a special for PRIME MEMBERS. No where did it say that. The gentleman who sided with me pulled up the same offer only to be shot down by someone higher up. I canceled Best Buy order and went back and placed order through AMAZON. No guarantee there!

"No response from the corporate office"
Best buy's delivery people ruined my new carpet from a dirty truck that had oil in it. I have foot prints up my steps, down the hallway and in my bedroom. Also, oil from the box. Left a message with corporate. They said they would call back in 24 hours, no call back yet. Can't reach them now, I keep getting connected to customer service. My carpet needs cleaning.

"No response, no way to get help"
I ordered a monitor and requested a price match with Amazon. I was dropped from the chat 4 different times before my Price match was confirmed, after being told I would not be dropped by each agent. Then, my item ETA of 3 days was delayed. We are 17 days after the original due date and no updates from best buy, just a note they will try to get the item to my store in the next few days and that I would receive an email. No way to get support to get an ETA or to cancel my order. The cancellation button is greyed out on the app. Best Buy is a garbage company and I won't buy from them again. Amazon wins in every area except when you actually want to walk in a store and buy an item in stock.

Don't shop here. I needed a new laptop for an upcoming (in 2 weeks) online interview. I drove two hours one-way to the Regina store, only to find they didn't carry the laptop I wanted. So they had it sent to my mailbox. I was assured that the laptop would make it in time.But apparently their laptops can't ship to PO boxes. Good thing their employees know that. Thankfully I was checking the shipment because I didn't receive ANY notification about this issue. I called Best Buys customer service to have the address corrected. After more than a week with no changes, the laptop was shipped back to the depot. Its already missed my interview. The reason I bought it for. The cherry on top of their customer service: the won't send the laptop anywhere. They won't mail it. They won't send it to another store. They don't even have it at the Regina store. The only option for me is to drive another two hours one-way to Regina. For. A. Refund. A refund. Does that refund include time and money for the now eight hours of driving involved in this? A refund won't undo how I had to scramble and find an alternative solution to do my interview. And the way their system works, I can't call a store directly. I have to wait for them to call me. I don't know when, sometime in the next three days. That's so convenient and I'm so glad we live in the age of communication.Never shopping here again. I'm telling everyone too.

they are the worst, i have been waiting for my order for days and it was delayed, i have tried to change my pickup location and on their website they said it will be ready in 1h, 1h turned into days...
