My last travel was 2 hours delayed; previous travels Dresden-Prague were also delayed. If you need to travel between those two cities, choose the concurrent company.

"Great n11 servive"

Left aberdeen Christmas day at 2010 to London had a rude women from Aberdeen to Edinburgh who was making us late. Smoking constantly.then 2 men got on to take us to London. Very professional and bounce of each looked after everyone onboard. Giving out free bottles of water to kids who were coughing. Thank you guys hope to see you soon I'll certainly travel flix again.

"Most useless travel company existing"

Flixbus is the most useless travel company I have ever experienced. The first time I travelled with them they lost my luggage and had no staff to help me through a process to get it covered, the staff doesn't speak English or German and are very, very rude. Today I travelled with them again and a man who was going with another Flixbus got a heart attack in front of our bus and the staff refused to help and didn't want to help me either after I called the ambulance for the man. The staff who are unable to communicate in English or German were again very rude and just repeated NO NO NO NO before even trying to hear my questions or waiting for me to use Google translate. I am CHOCKED! It's a really, really, really bad company, and I would never recommend it for anyone. The staff today also claims that they don't have a first-aid kit in the bus. If this is the case, I am even more chocked. Terrible company!UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER - This is the actual reply I got from Flixbus by email today (15.02.2024):"Well, considering that the incident was not with one of our passengers, unfortunately, nothing could be done by the driver."Well, actually, the person was in fact a Flixbus ticketholder! I saw the ticket and also the busdrivers saw the ticket. It's upsetting how little responsibility you take for your absolute horrific "service". Hope you go bankrupt, FORK FLIXBUS

The way to Praha was gut, the driver are friendly and concentrate. There is so many people using WLAN that i think Flixbus have to investigate more power in it. Cause often it stops

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORROR STORY EXPERIENCE"

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First of all mind you I travel monthly on Flixbus and I purchased a ticket and got to the destination early with time to spare as I see the driver pulling off. I stopped my car infront of him and got out waving my hands and he drove round me and left. I still had 10minutes left until departure time and called customer service complaining. I explained please help me today is my daughters bday and she is really expecting me to arrive this afternoon. They said sorry we cant help and said I had to pay full price for the next bus. I went and booked a new ticket paying double the price and adding an additional 6 hours to my trip for the next bus. He showed up 45 mins late as a greyhound bus. Since the tracking app DOES NOT work on the website to figure out where your bus is at and since the GREYHOUND bus driver did not make an announcement saying this is the FLIXBUS replacement then I lost my money on that ticket as well not realizing that it was the bus I had to get one. I called customer support and they could care less, no refund, no understanding to put me on the next bus, no compassion on any level all they care about is taking my money. U am now out almost $100 for a simple ride to Kissimmee that costs $36. Now I have to pay another $60 to ride on a competitor. Dont worry Flixbus I will copy and paste while posting a negative review on every single review site while im here kicked back riding your competitors bus to my destination today and I will never ride your bus again or delete my reviews until you resolve this.

"Bus route number 872"

Bus route number 872, Bern-Prague. We have seats 1B and 2B.The drivers refuse to give us these seats. they are rude and rude. my mother is disabled and I bought these tickets and these seats on purpose. One of the drivers threatens to take us off the flight. it's horrible. I demand that this be immediately sorted out and that the money for these tickets be returned to us.

"Take it into consideration that they can randomly change your booking and the customer service does nothing about it"

I booked a trip from Budapest to Vienna few days ago, and the next I received an email that they changed my booking. The only thing that got modified is that they deleted my seat reservation, so now my ticket has no seat assigned to it. I contacted them through chat first, the colleague on the other side had poor language skills, and just told me that I will just need to tell the bus driver that I will take whatever seat I like. I wasn't satisfied with this answer nor assured that I can board without having a seat allocated to my ticket so I sent an email through feedback option from their website because it's also impossible to contact them any other way than chat. I still have no explanation why they didn't reassign a seat to my ticket. And they also did not resolve my concern where I will be sitting on the bus. Now I was considering cancelling my ticket and take train instead, but I would only get back 50% of the ticket price and only in voucher to buy another ticket from them. Another time they changed my departure location on the day I was traveling which was also quite inconvenient. But not as much as not knowing if I have a seat on this upcoming trip or not and I will only find it out few minutes before the bus leaves, because they don't provide me with proper answers and solutions.
