We traveled in Turkey with flixbus Kamil koc. 3 routes. 5 hours, 3 hours, 12 hours. In any case nobody spoke English, no bathrooms, no wifi. The drivers smoke. Chronic delays. The third journey, the worst trip we could have. bus with very high or very low temperature. 50 km from the arrival, as there were only a few, the driver left us on the road looking for a means of luck to finish the trip. a real shame!!

Having read the reviews I cancelled my first trip, but due to train issues I had to use flix bus. It was fine. It's a budget coach.

"Horrible Service and Customer-Support"

Me and 3 other people waited for 4 hours, but the bus never came. We were given contradicting information about when the bus is coming but ultimately gave up and left in frustration. In the aftermath Flixbus refused to refund the tickets, stating that the bus "did leave" with a delay of 115 min, which allows them to not have to refund the tickets (according to their rules only after 120 min). Good joke, especially cause there was no bus at all. Terrible customer service, terrible experience. Did the mistake once. NEVER EVER GONNA BOOK A FLIXBUS AGAIN!! My Advice: Take a train, a plain or if necessary walk, but NEVER book a Flixbus if u need to get somewhere, especially not if u wanna be there in time.

Terrible, the bus did not arrive to the bus stop in Friedrichshafen Germany to ZurichAt 18:50 ( at truck bus was mentioned 18:40) . I was at the bus stop at 18:25! There were some pssangers waiting!
