"Value for money! Comfortable ride!Adequate luggage space."

Value for money! Probably 1/5 of the cost for a train ride!Comfortable and easy to book via app. Adequate luggage allowance too. Have travelled London -Sheffield and was pretty decent overall.

"Flixbus big scammers."

am now experiencing travelling in a Flixbus from Budapest to Krakow that again has bathroom that have never been cleaned and is old and destroyed from inside. Although is the 1st stop. No toilet paper, no soap, dirty as hen's house and also uncleaned from inside. Could you imagine? But the worse come now:Today I was waiting in one of the bus stops in Budapest since 13:00 My 13:25 bus but never showed up. The funny story is two other girls were there and we all had to Buy new tickets that costed 3 times more expensive (at the end I paid the price for 4 tickets being only one) and I won't to claim for a reimburse. Now I am in the new bus, in the same stop we waited and: Magic! The bus stops but we Lost the tickets, we lost the money and the service is a disaster. What should I do?

"Their policy is deceptive"

Their policy is deceptive. First of all, they will not refund you if you cancel your ticket. and if they refund a small part of your money, it will be a voucher that it only works on Flixbus! secondly, if you change the date of your journey, they will charge you an extra fee even if the second trip is at the same price as yours! It is against customer rights and also against the rules on their website!

"Journey Sao Paulo to Joinville"

This bus ride with Flixbus and its partner Gadotti from Sao Paulo to Joinville was definitely my best bus ride so far, thats why I'm also giving this review.Super friendly drivers, spacious and comfortable seats, clean bus and completely on time. And on top the price was really good too.I can highly recommend it!

"Deceptive Pricing: From 14.99 to 49.99 euros! Customer Service Claims Price Changes at Checkout"

A few weeks ago, I bought a ticket from Hamburg to Berlin which was supposed to be 14.99 euros. I was in the checkout screen and before I buy the ticket I checked everything two times, it was 14.99 euros and eventually, I bought it. Afterwards, I realized that the ticket was billed for 49.99 euros! I contacted the customer service immediately about the inconvenience and they kept repelling me saying that the price is what you pay. I told them many times that the price I saw at the checkout screen was 14.99 euros and they didn't only believe me but also told me that the price can change at the checkout screen! How could that even be possible?? This could even be a change from 10 to 100 euros and the system wouldn't notify me and I would end up paying whatever the price change if I'm not careful?? Doesn't even matter if I'm careful or not because there is nothing notifying me about this! This is crazy, there is no application or whatsoever anything like this!The most annoying part is that I've been using flixbus regularly for years and for a small issue (probably a bug in the system) that causes me stress, they don't even bother helping the customer.Overall, I'm very disappointed with what I've experienced with Flixbus and I'll avoid using it from now on.
