"On time, toilets work"

On time. Comfortable. No complaints. Would travel long distance with Flix any day over DB. Oh, and their toilets usually work too (not regularly 'defunkt' and locked, as with some other companies)!

"Communication at start"

We (83, 84) were on time in Zurich. Bus 283 came a little late, for PRAG. People we approached to ask (in German) where the Bus to Tubingen was didn't seem to (want) to understand us. That bus left ... we waited more than an hour for the Tubingen bus ... ;-((Suggestion: put a large enough sign for NEXT STOP,or run the info strip at the bus. Better even: announce loudly the next destination.On ticket: enlarge Bus #, boldMake booking # shorter or clearer.For the return (Tubingen-Zurich) we couldn't be sure, even after checking online.

Subject: Serious Breach of Contract, Lack of Safety, and Emergency Roadside Conditions (Booking #3086207084)Dear FlixBus Customer Support,I am writing to address a substantial breach of contractual obligations by FlixBus during my scheduled trip from Los Angeles on June 24, 2023. This egregious failure not only led to significant inconvenience and financial loss but also exposed me to severe safety risks, reflecting a blatant disregard for the standards of service one reasonably expects from FlixBus.My initial ticket, scheduled to depart at 7:15 AM, was unilaterally cancelled without my consultation or consent. Instead, I was relegated to an inferior substitute service, resulting in a delay exceeding two hours.Further exacerbating this breach, the substituted Greyhound bus was overbooked, denying me even the basic amenity of a seat. This is not only a violation of consumer rights but also a blatant safety hazard that exposes your organization to potential liability.The trip spiraled into a safety crisis when the bus broke down en route on a high-traffic highway. The driver's estimate of a 3-4 hour delay to arrange a replacement forced me to walk a mile off this dangerous roadway to secure an Uber ride, at my own expense of $165.80, to reach my destination.The confluence of these events illustrates a severe and clear breach of contract, warranting immediate rectification. I am demanding not only an immediate reimbursement of the Uber expense but also substantial compensation for the severe inconvenience, distress, and potential danger caused by FlixBus's failure to deliver its promised service. Failure to respond promptly and appropriately may necessitate further legal recourse.
