"Convenient, fast and affordable"

The journey was very fast, convenient and cheaper than the train, the drivers were professional and nice.

"I wont Trust them again"

I had a Ticket From Berlin Central Station to Freiburg, they changed the time of departure about 10days before my trip, then 5days later again they changed my booking and send me an email with new departure time which was 11:29, On the travel day I checked my FlixBus app, departure time was 11:29 I went to Berlin Central Station at 11:00 and I couldnt find the train, I asked the information and she said train was left the station 1 hour ago. yes the didnt send any notification on their app, just 2 hours before departure they sent an email which I didnt see, Sunday morning I dont check my emails usually, but in the app travel time was 11:29 and train was left 1hour soonerI wont trust them any more, this experience cost me 120 euro, because I had to get another ticket to get home

"Terrible service and drivers and rude impolite customer services"

I booked my 2 grandchildren one 15 other 10 on a bus from London to Chester so they could get back home to North Wales. They tool a tube from my home to Victoria and walked to the bus station they arrived with about 10 minutes to spare there were other people waiting for the bus which was there and they were all waiting for the door to be opened. Then at 7pm the drive just started the engine and left. not only the other 6 or so passengers there but also two young children in the middle of London at 7pm at night. I am disabled do not get a lot of income and it cost me nearly $100 for those tickets. My grandchildren had to return to my home for the night and then I had to pay over $100 to get them back the following day by train. I cannot believe that this driver knew there were people waiting on his bus and because they did not arrive by 6.45 he refused to let them on and drove off. I never got a refund from the company so besides my $100 they had more money for carrying passengers that were not on the bus and who like me had to pay again I hope they also didn't use this terrible company again. Even their customer services were rude and impolite not at all what I would expect from such a company. We travel back and forth quite often but never use this company any more.Cannot believe these people have written to me over a year after the event.I did reply to your email.

"This company are unreliable"

This company are unreliable. If you are relying on them for transport links, think again. We were relying on them for transport to London Heathrow [to catch an early morning flight to New Zealand for the expensive holiday of a lifetime] from Derby. We had booked well in advance, only to be notified the night before our journey via email [at 10.23 pm] that our booking was cancelled.. Thankfully we weren't yet sleeping prior to our early start and saw it. This caused enormous stress and a desperate search for an alternative . We found an alternative and all was ok in the end. However this was a painful lesson. NEVER USE FLIX. Therefore learn from our experience. NEVER USE THEM.

"Driver stopping in a live lane on the motorway"

On Wednesday 24th January at 02:45am.One of the drivers of a flexbus coach decided to stop in a live lane of the motorway in lane 1 on the m6 travelling north because the motorway was closed for repairs, so instead of just following the diversion which was well sign posted he thought it was a good idea to indanger everyone on that coach while he thought about it WHAT A ABSOLUTE ? A. HOLE. WILL NOT BE RISKING MINE AND MY DAUGHTERS LIFE AGAIN.

"I wouldn't recommend Flixbus to anyone"

I wouldn't recommend Flixbus to anyone. I have experienced in 3 occasions delayed which can be understable.The last time, I had a delay for more than 140 minutes from Leipzig to Dresden. It was January, 17th. It was -3 and there was no waiting room. Offices were closed and customer service number was unreachable. I received a message saying that the delay would be 95 minutes. I thought: ok. Things happen... But after 95 minutes, I received no more notification and no assistance at all.The bus came about 150 minutes later and no apology from driver, no waiting room, nothing.They are a shame really. I wrote to the customer service and replied after 2 weeks saying: you are no entitled to compensation nor refund as you used the service.I used it but... What was the price? Left it stranded to minus 3 with no assistance at all? No way. No more Flixbus nor wouldn't recommend them at all

"Unfortunately shortly after our."

Unfortunately shortly after our departure in Nice there was a heavy accident on A8. We had to leave the A8 but the driver had no help to find a solution. Finally we arrived at monte Carlo. There was no way to transit MC and we returned to Nice. At least we could go back to the motorway and arrived at Sanremo shortly before 18.00. The driver had no fault, bit was in no way prepared for such a case.
