Wouldn't trust them at all. Don't use this company. I booked with them but immediately realised I made a mistake and cancelled. They refunded me with a voucher, so I tried to rebook on the same day but now there are no trips available for that day, in fact there are no trips available for the whole week from Barcelona to London. So FlixBus have taken my money for a trip that didn't even exist when I booked it and they are refusing to refund me even though this is their fault.

At VCE Marco Polo on the 10th of December I reach on time the new Bus Stop which is the PBus zone my bus was not there waited till the next FelixBUS which was the route 402 waste 2 hours then the Bus driver of theRoute 402 inform me that I must pay a new ticket and that will cost me 30$ and that they do not accept credit card or debit card they accepted only cash and I asked them for a receipt # which they inform me that they were.? not able to provide me with so I told them that I have no choice I need to get home to Trieste so a paid the 30$. Extremely disappointed, very rubbish, service theft, misleading. You have untrusted employees. Now I paid twice one for my missed Bus 17$ for route # 419 then again Ivery rubbish, service theft, misleading. You have untrusted employees shame on you rubbish company was charged 30$ no receipt giving by the driver. Theft company .This garbage company "Flixbus" are trying to get any negative review taken down with Trustpilot! Sending an email asking for more information, knowing full well it was so long ago most people won't have the information and then they can get it taken down,well I still got all the information...

"The WC was catastrophic"
The bus itself is super, the driver were very nice. But the WC was catastrophic: not enough toiletpaper, no hand soap, not enough water for handwashe. Very dirty nach a while and it stank. The WC has to be cleaned from time to time during the 14 hours driving.

It is a fraud company. I called them three times and three of the customer support people told me that i will get the refund in my account within 14 days and 4th time when i called i was asked to fill the form which i did but its been lot of time that i am not getting any response. 35496292 Is the my form no and booking ID is 3105670955.

Terrible company. The live track shows the bus delayed more than an hour. And then suddenly on time. The sent SMS to me to track a live time. But it's suddenly disconnected and then the bus on time and gone. I have to bought another company coach ticket and Flix bus didn't refund the unused tickets. Never used again

Why are all the drivers SO angry. Smile a bit - try customer service. Every single time the driver is some east European person with no language (or communication skill) that's just negative and don't care.

Last Friday February 23, 2024. The flixbus came late at Florenz, Italy for about 45 minutes. Furthermore, it arrived in Munich also for 4 1/2 hours late.I had messaged and discussed the matters thru their Customer Service. However, there was no resolution takes place. Not even a compensation to refund the half, if not the whole fareprice.The Customer Service replied that the late arrival is not covered for the compensation. Althoug, I have explained that because of late arrival, I had missed my connecting transportation in Munich.The Time wasted and money is not what the company is utmost for their passenger. I hope those future clients and passengers will try to use other bus company, that helps and bring the matters of their passenger's rights.
