"Great Combination with Interrail Pass"
I have an interrail Pass, but when no trains at night, Flixbus can very fill the gap and get one there. No waiting around for 6 or more hours for trains, No Supplementary Ticket costs, beggars wanting money, expensive food on Rail Station, etc.

"Bus left 5 minutes before scheduled."
Bus left 5 minutes before scheduled departure time. This isn't a complaint to the driver, I think Flixbus buses should hold on until it's departure time. Someone could've been left stranded just because of 5 minutes which is very unfair.

"SEXUAL ASSAULT"
In March 2023 I was on a long bus journey from London into Europe. My seat was in the back of the bus and a middle-aged man sat next to me. I was uncomfortable from the start as he kept 'falling asleep' and his hand would slip onto my seat. I pushed it away and didn't think much of it. A few hours into the journey I was curled up in a little ball sleeping leaning against the window. My feet were tucked up close to me. I woke up to his hands on me, groping me, he was rubbing his fingers on my trousers and pushing my feet away trying to get down into my underwear.I pushed passed him shaking and crying and I went to tell the bus driver. He asked in a sarcastic voice what I wanted him to do about it. Following me to the back of the bus he told the guy that if he touched me again he'd have to get off. The man made an excuse and nothing else happened.I reported this by email to the company and heard nothing back. The police were unable to help as it happened outside the UK. It has all been handled terribly from start to finish. I had no support when it happened and they left me to sit near him on the bus for another 5/6 hours. Weeks later I received an email reassuring me they'd look into it and "hope to see me on their buses again soon." I posted the above review last month for the second time. This experience left me traumatised. I have just received a shocking response to my review from FlixBus -"Thank you for contacting us.We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant and disturbing situation that occurred during this trip.As we can see, your case has also been processed in Email.Regardless of this situation, we hope to have you on board again.I am upset and angry about this, as the 'case' was never processed or even considered, I was never listened to or supported and I can reassure Flixbus I will never be on board their buses again.

"Unpleasant experience"
I wish I could give it a higher rating because I generally like the idea of a bus service connecting European cities. There is also a great demand for frequent journeys. And since train connections within Europe are often even worse and more unreliable, this service sounded like a good idea. In practice, however, Flixbus has by far the worst quality of service I have ever experienced. The drivers were friendly, but the bus was overcrowded, extremely hot, some people were extremely nauseous, we had hot and dry air, and the seats were not properly secured so that you were thrown from left to right every time you moved. That seems to me to be a safety risk. The functionality of the technology on board was also relatively unreliable. The internet connection is sporadic and scarce, 250 MB per person for a 6-hour bus journey (after we were stuck in a traffic jam for ages) is a bad joke. Reading lights on the seats don't work, and sockets don't work. I didn't even want to test the toilets. In future, it will be the train or a flight again. What a shame, really. I have also had good experiences with other coach companies. Perhaps I will try out a rival company (which they have not yet bought to expand their monopoly).

"6 Degree C and a broken heating. No internet, no power plug."
The cart I was on had a broken heating system, which was announced by the train staff but wasn't fixed. Really poor to not have a heating when it's 5 Degree C outside with rain. Terrible experience. Also, the power plugs didn't work at all in the cart and the internet was out.Well done, Flixbus - you've lost a customer.
