"No money back"

I was having problem with booking my ticket. At first i was having shadow booking that's meant i was buy ticked twice and charged twice without ticket.After spoken with service they suggested buying another ticket. Now after 8 months waiting for money back still nothing I was sent them about 10 emails they all the time have excuses to don send money back. It's not acceptable account etc etc I just give up. Even I was treated like liar when I give review

I wanted to leave a review to give a realistic outlook/perspective as I was worried looking at some of the reviews before my trip. I can understand that some people had bad experiences unfortunately, but mine was 'fair/good' overall. It's a decent experience if you're travelling on a budget and not required to be at your destination by a specific time. I had a return trip, first coach was comfortable but 2nd coach was not as spacious. The toilet on the 2nd coach was ok, I recommend bringing your own tissue/disposable wipes just in case. Both coach drivers were quite friendly and professional and allowed for enough break stops for food, service station toilets and smoke breaks etc. and both kept us informed about border control, delays etc. The 1st coach was delayed by 4 hours, 2nd coach was ahead of schedule so that was good. Based on some of the reviews regarding stolen luggage etc., I do not recommend putting valuables in your luggage stored underneath, best to keep them with your carry on/hand bag or just leave at home if possible. I didn't have any issues with my luggage luckily. The coach is not the most glamorous and you can expect delays due to border control/traffic/accidents etc. which is beyond anyone's control to be fair. I would recommend if you're on a budget and not expecting a Eurostar type of experience. Both coaches had usb charging ports near the seats. Lastly, the Wi-Fi wasn't the best so I wouldn't rely on it. If I could, I would rate it 3.8 out of 5 if possible rather than 4 (couldn't rate it that accurately but hope it gives an idea of what to expect).

The trip was great. The stuff was helpful. The driver drove carefully and I have early my destination arrived.I will definetely travel with flixbus again!

Stay away from this company. They cannot give you a cash payback in case your plan changes. They just offer you a voucher for the next trip and they call it a refund.

Tires were near to dead!!!It was a fight to get my paid seat.Someone slept in te floor of thhe bus.The personel is unfriendly.

Unfortunately there were problems: on the outward journey I was informed 2 hours in advance that the departure point had changed significantly. I only saw the email about this on the way to the outward journey, as I hadn't expected changes at such short notice and only because I actually set off too early was I still able to make the journey. On the way back I had an aisle seat instead of the window seat I had booked. All in all, not very happy

"Trips get canceled frequently with a short notice"

Trips get canceled frequently or ar least that is my experience in Netherlands and Italy. I booked a round trip with flixbus from Venice to milan and back. The back trip was cancelled and the alternative offered was a 12 hours long trip, So I had to cancel the whole trip, but when I tried to cancel I was only able to cancel my back trip not the whole round trip, I called flixbus and they offered no solution but that if I cancelled I lose 50% of my money and the other 50% I can only get as a voucher.Also, in Netherlands my trip from Amestardam to Rotterdam was cancelled 3 hours before the trip at night with the only other alternative is to take the next trip in the morning which was impossible for me to keep waiting in the rain for hours.If you have any other alternative other than flixbus, take it. Even it is going to cost you a little bit more, because with them you will lose that money anyway beside ruining you day.

"First experience with the Flixbus to Milano"

It was our first great experience with the FlixBus from Munich to Milano and back with our two kids. The drivers of the both directions are experienced in traffic and could manage the trip safely. Without any stress of traffic and tiredness we could travel comfortably and convenient. We would gladly travel again to other cities with the flixbus again.
