The worst in Germany, if you want to get delayed by hours travel with this company. They cancel the buses without telling you and they stay at one stops for hours without a reason and so on. The rate should be minus 100 if possible it really a night mare to travel with them

Really good travel experience from Heilbronn to Munich. An accident cause a 40 minute delay on departur but we almost arrived on time. Very nice double Decker bus. 230V for laptop and smartphone worked really well. Will book again!

The driver from Torino did not want to let us in the bus, while we had a reservation No 3086487636 After discussions, the driver asked us 20 Euros more then the ticket to allow us to get in. No receipt was given, meaning that these 20 Euros are getting in his own pockets. Flixbus is formenting corruption and manslaughter.

Shame on this bus company. Do not travel with them. We were in a 4 hours trip in the pick of a hot day with the heat on!! Air condicioner was broken and hot air was coming out instead. Not to mention that the bus was more than an hour late AND we arrived more than two hours late because the driver kept trying to fix the problem during the trip. It was horror, there were children and old people on the bus and flix couldn't care less!!
