"Bus didnt show up"

Hello team,My family booked a return ticket with Booking Number 3150849334.We waited for about 3 hours for the bus to pick us up from Middlesbrough but the bus did not show up.My family along with the other 12 passengers were left disappointed and looking for other alternatives at 9pm.My email to the customerservice email box bounced back with this error message "Your message to customerservice flixbus.co.uk has been blocked."I need to be refunded fully and compensated for this poor and undelivered service by Flixbus.RegardsOlu

The bus was extremly on time, very clean and comfortable, the driver very professional and nice. A healing experience to the train and Deutsche Bahn.

"Uncomplicated trip"

Uncomplicated trip, bus was clean and the drivers very friendly. Only the delay of almost an hour at the departure in Berlin was not so great, but this delay was minimized to just under half an hour during the trip. Therefore, but also no further break apart from the stops

"Problem with seat reservations when bus is changed."

The positive side: Trips with Flixbus are easy to book, comfortable and affordable. But: when there is a bus change, customers are informed that the trip has been modified. While the ticket continues to be valid, all seat reservations are cancelled, and there is no way to reclaim the reserved seats in the new bus; there is a voucher to compensate for the reservation cost. But without the possibility to reserve the seats again the voucher is of no use. Plus there is no way to talk or chat with a help desk to manage that situation. Because the new bus was announced to be almost fully booked I had to decide to change to another bus (2 hours earlier) where seat reservations were still possible. I received another voucher (original ticket price minus cancellation fee), but when trying to use both vouchers with the new booking it turned out that only one voucher can be used ... These changes caused a substantial cost increase for the trip. Positive: The ride itself was very good and smooth - as always.

"Bus didn't come!!!"

The Bus from Bukurest Airport to Varna didn't come! They let three people wait outside on a parking area with luggage and just told us to take the next one on the next day in the evening. We felt like street dogs. Be careful - they don't care about you.

"Horrible service, complete rip off"

I travelled for this first time on FlixBus on the 3rd December 2023. It was the 9am from London to Leeds. I had booked the neighbour free option at an additional cost of $7.50 as need the extra room due to a sports injury. Usually I would travel by train, but due to the rail strikes, a coach was the only option.At 1.45 in the morning on the 3rd December, Flixbus emailed me to tell me my seat was cancelled. Not the journey, just my seat. I arrived at the station assuming the journey would be reservation free, but no, everyone else had a seat reserved. It was a full coach.The driver just told me to sit anywhere, which pushed everyone else's reservations out. If everyone had turned up for the coach I would have been kicked off with no way to get home.To add to this, the seat in front was broken meaning I had to sit with no leg room for the entire journey.I have tried to speak to them today, but with no response. Therefore I paid for a service that I didn't receive with no refunds.Overall, a horrible experience. Please, do not use them.EDIT : After a lot of pushing the eventually refunded me for my extra seat. However, it still does not excuse cancelling my seat reservation so I did not have a reserved seat while everyone else did and the worry of being kicked off in the middle of nowehere. My 1 star review remains.

"DO NOT BOOK THE PANORAMA SEAT"

DO NOT BOOK THE PANORAMA SEAT OR ANY EXTRAS. I booked tickets for a trip 2 months in advance and paid extra for a panorama seat and an extra seat. The next day Flixbus changed my booking and allocated me the back seat without providing any explanation or refund for the extras I paid for. After complaining they offered me a voucher. I had to complain again to get a refund for the extras I paid for to my credit card. They refused to refund the full ticket. They said they changed my seat for safety/operational reasons and were unable to assign me with any other seat but they are still selling the seat I originally selected in their website. Quite a shady company, would not book anything with Flixbus ever again.
