Fantastic company used flix bus to go to Newcastle with my sister bus was on time and driver was lovely , absolutely no issues I think I paid $10 return from Glasgow to Newcastle cannot fault them ? ? thanks

"Reporting FlixBus to Trading Standards."
Wednesday 20th December 2023 I purchased a ticket on flixbus.com from Cambridge to Birmingham for $20.99, I paid this online with a Visa debit card.I was supposed to get an email confirmation of the booking and invoice, however, I never got one. I then contacted the agent via their website chat on Thursday 21st December 2023 and told him the situation and where was my ticket.The chat agent told me that I did attempt to buy a ticket but because the system glitched it could not be placed. However, he told me that the money was not taken and is on an authorisation hold only, which will drop back on my card within three days. So the money should be placed back into my account by Friday.However, the money cleared my account on Saturday 23rd December 2023 and I have contacted them again, but they have not responded within the time frame I requested.I never got the ticket, my plans were ruined so I couldn't travel and they are at fault because of an error on their end which the agent has spotted and ensured I would get my money back.Then on Wednesday 27th December 2023, I contacted the agent for an update and they told me a different story, claiming I did purchase a ticket but did not fill in the email address properly, I missed "m" out of "com"I said that was rubbish but if that was the case then why didn't the agent on Thursday 21st December 2023 tell me the error and they would resend the ticket? She gave me a load of bull and this shows you that they are either selling more seats than they should have or having a system error or just trying to pull a fast one over me.I am still trying to get them to respond to me via email but I am having no luck, if you can then good luck!I have already filed a report to Trading Standards for a few issues, data protection is one since I filled in and uploaded personal details on their website and it failed, sent somewhere else and asked for personal information via email. Also misleading information and lack of communication in a dispute. Taking payment and not delivering a service.

"Booking can be modified"
I never had any issues with this company. I add this review since otherwise new customers will think its a scam.Also I find useful the fact that if your plans change you can modify your booking and also cancel it and receive a voucher to use later.I did travel from Dusseldorf to Paris (although the seats for so many hours is too small), but it was cheap that a flight.I travel from Dusseldorf to Amsterdam and also to Brussels. And from Copenhagen to Aalboarg.

There is wifi in the bus,you get connected to it and the signal is strong but internet does not work.

"Only one bus driver for 7hrs and he seemed too tired for the ride"
It was a bus ride of 7hrs and there was only one bus driver. That I found already a bit critical but okay. But the bus driver seemed very tired for he often drove into the other lane and one time he stopped on the side of the road and fell asleep immediately. After 10 minutes he then kept driving, crazy as before. I was extremely scared in that bus.

"My Flixbus Journey Sucked"
The bus left late. The toilet across the road smelled inside the whole bus. When it was 17 degrees outside, the ventilation was open, it was freezing inside. We were cold all the way. We better not be sick.

"Very rude and unpleasant situation with Flix bus"
I had an extremely unpleasant experience traveling from Timisoara to Brussels with my daughter. In Nuremberg, in the middle of the night, I was treated very rudely by the driver of the N84 bus that left at 23:05 on 22.08.23 from the Prague Florenc bus station. A female traveler who boarded from Nuremberg together with the bus driver were very rude saying that this is a reserved seat, not being able to show me 2 unreserved seats where I can continue my journey in peace. It was a very rude situation and an abuse on their part, given that I paid for the trip (the 2 tickets). What is the logic of this Flix bus policy? Humiliate and drive away your customers?
