They provided incorrect train information in the app and did not refund my money because it's not there in their policy. There services are always either delayed or cancelled. Also seats are not good and unclean. Never will use this service again.

The journey was very pleasant. I enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to change buses. I was able to rest and didn't have to carry my heavy suitcase. When I travel by train, I always have to carry my suitcase and that is sometimes difficult when I have a short transfer time. This was very good.I can really recommend FlixBus because it's very easy and hassle-free. And finally, it is very cheap.

Good experience in general, sometime they cancel but at least they refund immediately. In case of Delay they offer compensation if you take the train.

"In time and comfortable seats"

Bus arrived in time at the beginning and the end. Because of the strike it was our only option to go Zurich HBF. The seats are very comfortable and enough space for the backpack. But the Air conditioning was not very good. Also we had problems with our Seat reservation. And there is no staff who can help.
