Left at the Flixbus stop in time (13:30). I only had a small backpack and no luggage. Seat 2B. It was way warmer in the front of the bus. In the first part, I felt sick because of the driving style which went better once out of the 30 km zones. Internet worked. Tiny bathroom. Soap and toilet paper are available (I take my own along). Not many people used the toilet but it was not too clean, most likely due to those few users. It would be helpful if instructions are given on how to flush it. Feels as if most people don't know. USB between the two chairs in front of you. Arrived in time in Munchen (perhaps delay of 5-10 minutes but that's fine). The bus looked clean.Driver checked the ticket, he did not count the passengers.

Good network of services across Europe. Very easy to plan and book travel using the flixbus app and fares are very good value. Coaches are very comfortable and new. Plus every passenger is assigned a booked seat.

Punctual, clean and easy to navigate. The staff good be a little friendlier but maybe it was just a bad day.

"We got ripped off by the staff"
We got ripped off by the staff that drove us. Payed extra for bigger luggage and were denied to enter the Bus apparently because of the wrong packaging. That happened at night and many ours from our home. After begging them to take us back home, we finally got let in. But not until we paid a "fee" without a receipt. Some would call it a bribe.So all in all worst travelling experience. And the worst part of it: no one at Flix Bus really cares about their corrupt staff or the costumers that get ripped off. We had a conversation via email with the service, which felt like they only wanted to brush us off. And still nothing happened until today.

I wouldn't give even a star to this company,but I had no other option. Flixbus company I concider to be unreliable. We had a really bad situation with this company which actually costed much more than we could imagine. So everything started when I bought a bus ticket for my sister from Frankfurt-London with transfer with the same flix bus company from London-Edinburgh. Between rides there were 1.20 hour to get to the next bus. As the first bus was late she obviously couldn't get into another flix bus. My sister is very sensetive person, so she struggled 15more hours waiting in London bus station for another flix bus. It's rediculios. Serious company at least offers a hotel, flix bus didn't. Moving forward after her stay in Edinburgh she had to return with the same flix bus from Edinburgh-Frankfurt. We thought we just can't trust that company anymore, so we booked megabus from Edinburgh to London and then at least we thought she will get into flix bus as were planned. Guess what? tha same company made tha same thing, but this time they canceled both ways from Edinburgh-London and from London-Frankfurt. I would never ever in a million years gonna buy flixbus ticket again. You know how it ended? We spend over 500 that she could get into the aeroplane with no stress. I can confirm that this company works like a scamers. They set up unrealistic goals leaving time frame window for 1.20 between bus fransfers. As minimum they should leave 4hours for longer trips and everyone who travels from Europe and crosses Eurotunnel knows that, so why this company doesn't?

So Flix bus are trying to get any negative review taken down with Trustpilot! Sending an email asking for more information, knowing full well it was so long ago most people won't have the information and then they can get it taken down, well we have still got all the information... Original review below:23 Jul 2021FlixBus so thanks for leaving my wife.FlixBus so thanks for leaving my wife and daughter stranded in the middle of London last night 150miles from home! Their return bus should have departed Victoria coach station at 8pm, it never turned up! You sent them no messages until 10pm informing it wouldn't be running! I had to do a 300mile round trip to get them and we got back at 03:30 this morning. What kind of bag of sh!te company leaves 2 females stranded in London? It is obvious you didn't want to run the service due to only 8 people booked on the return journey, your app said the service was on time, but you'd disabled the live tracker for the coach. None of your staff were present at the station, luckily National express were apparently fantastic to them both and helped them charge their phones and madesure they were safe (thankfully for you). The NE staff said this happens all to often with your service (with a roll of their eyes apparently).Do not use this sub standard company, they are a shambles and disgrace.

"Disrespectful bus driver"
The bus driver was the most disrespectful person i have ever met. When you asked him something during the break (for example how long we have till we leave) he just ignored you and shook his head. I also saw how a women asked him something and he just waved her away. Thats not ok.
