Terrible customer service , they cancel the order and if you used your loyalty points from previous orders then they cancel those too so you lose both ways , they do not care about you if you made 30 orders in the past , looks they can lose clients like it was nothing , like if they have millions , feel sorry for them , what a nasty customer service !

"Oneplus 12 order"
The shopping experience at this shop has been disappointing and frustrating. I made the purchase of the OnePlus 12 on 23 January, confident that the lower price offered here would be a good investment. However, upon checking their website, I discovered that they were on holiday from 20 January until 20 February. I assumed that my order would be shipped on 20 February, but to my surprise, I received an email on 25 January stating that my order had been shipped, along with a tracking code.The estimated delivery time was 10-16 days, but it has been over 40 days with no update on tracking. I understand that delays can happen, but a month and a half is unacceptable. Most troubling is the lack of communication from the shop. I received no notification of the status of my order until I inquired about it. Customer service is fundamental to any business, and the lack of clear and helpful responses is disappointing.I have tried to request a refund, but have been informed that it is not possible because the order has already been shipped. In this situation, I am frustand at a loss as to what to do. I hope the shop will take steps to improve their customer service and provide a proper solution to this situation.
