"China Xiaomi's not so good in UK"
I would say that the Redmi K50 Pro I got is awesome, but I'm not reviewing the phone here. The site offers phones to the UK market, paying in GBP, but makes no reference to the phones being specifically for the China market. Only after several emails into the chat with support will they mention this, and then state that this is your responsibility, the buyer, to know what the vendor is selling, and not their responsibility to say up front. Eventually they advise that you will need to flash the ROM with an EU version, if there is one, and risk the consequences, or just live with NFC and most Google location services not working.

I paid for the mobile phone according to the terms of the offer.However, then the correspondence started via email.Three agents wrote me the same message each time.That the phone cannot be delivered under the terms of the offerto my city. It can be delivered to the state (Europe), but it cannot be delivered to my city.The correspondence lasted 7-8 days.I make an agreement with one agent, and then another agent with the same problem comes forward.Basically, very unpleasant experiences.I gave up buying the phone. The money was returned to me (900 $)

TradingShenzhen post my phone but the carrier compagny lost the package, it will be so difficult to prouve to tradingShenzhen my package was lost, but after 15 days of process and because french carrier "colis prive" confirm to tradingShenzhen package was lost and refund to tradingShenzhen, tradingShenzhen refund to me, so it's ok... but please tradingShenzhen not use french carrier "colisprive" lot of problems with that compagny, better to use "la poste colissimo" for France and thanks to had refund me.

I have never received the product. The delivery company that they used has unbelievably lied to me about attempted deliveries.These people want me to file a police report for "stolen goods" against the shipping company that they used? Absolutely ridiculous.The response below is hilarious and nonsense. What a useless customer service experience.I will never use this company again.

Good and trustable store, mostly to buy china products. The shipping does not take too long for asia products. Although, their security measures are not the best as they requested me to send a photo from my ID card and also from my Visa card to confirm my identity.

Very good service, everything takes a bit of time but you should keep calm and not be afraid that you will be forgotten. Returning the goods also takes time, but it works perfectly. I once shipped half the world back, so the worry is theoretically justified that something will go wrong, but not with Tradingshenzhen.
