Definitely do not shop from this site.I regret it very much.The product arrived 1 month later.The day it arrived, I opened it and it showed up in Chinese and English.I wanted to return it, they asked me for 90 $ to return it.

"Dreadful customers support"
Every time I needed some clarification, I had the misfortune to come across a certain Yini B. That's why customer service has always been an unpleasant experience for me. They are aggressive, rude, they always give you the impression that they are doing you a favor that you can buy from them. They mask their incompetence through aggression. If you really have to buy from this store, you have to understand that Customers support or After-Sales service is non-existent, all you will receive is lost time and a lot of nerves. Another unpleasant aspect is that they are the only ones who ask for the additional fee for payment with PayPal. I can't complain about shipping, but the rest of the experience is unpleasant and makes me not want to buy from here anymore. They really need to improve customer and after sales services and bring in professional and empathetic employees.

HI, it seems the company TradingShenzhen does not take responsibility of any issue related to completing the paid orders in duly manner. There were two items in my order XLURNDJOD, one was reported as unable to be delivered - the item was canceled, however the payment was never returned. The second item (paid of almost US$ 2K) was reported as successfully delivered, however the item was never actually delivered. The support team (Yini B. and Chang W.) was sending nice messages that everything will be OK, in reality nothing was done to fix any of the issues. I would not advise trading on this platform and request immediate refund. Meanwhile my legal team is to find a plausible solution in regards to the transfer made to this vendor.

A few month ago, I bought a Xiaomi 11 Ultra on the website and the experience was good, the package was delivered on time. But a few days later, I accidentally broke the phone and so, I contacted the after sales service in order to ask for a repair and I sent the phone the 28th of April.We are today the 2nd of August and I still don't have any clear news about the phone, they just announced me that the phone is still on this way to China (3 months for that, really ?) in order to be repaired while 3 weeks ago, they told me that the phone was arrived and was being repaired (without contacting me for a quotation, and when I asked for that, they told me that they will contact me for that, but how can they start to repair before asking me ?! This is very confusing).So here I am, with a phone which costs more than 1000 euros in the nature, without any clear news and it will continue...So no, I sadly cannot recommend this website for the moment and it's too bad.EDIT : we are the 29th of August and after some...weird mails (they asked me to deactivate the location on my phone without explanation), I finally have a price for the repair (so I still have to wait some time...but we're already waiting for more than 4 months so I'm used to...) and didn't have any commercial gesture. So still no recommendation from me.EDIT 2 : we are now the 7th of October (162 days since I send the phone for repair) and....still nothing. "Xiaomi is still repairing the device" they said. Unbelievable.EDIT 3 : 10th of November and still nothing...I asked for a process of reimbursement or a litigation multiple times and the only answer I got is "If there would have been news from Xiaomi, we would have wrote you. We didn't, because there weren't any news."...EDIT 4 : 14th of December and...nothing. They said on Twitter that it is "normal"...EDIT 5 : 06th of January and...nothing. Again.

It took two weeks of order processing, three weeks of shipping and when it finally arrived it was not working. I bought a OnePlus 9 Pro (no service signal and no fingerprint). They told me that I could send back the phone so they could replace or give me my money back. I have sent the phone and it has arrived but no answer still from them. I have lost a lot of time. There is no better price but... at a cost.
