Ordered the vivo x fold + from here. For the most part the experience was good I guess except for the delivery part. Communication with the dealer was seemless and the tracking keeps you up to date. Just thought the delivery would take 2 weeks as was stated but it ended up being almost a month, but other than that the phone arrived in safe condition and there are no problems with it so far. Though I'm not sure why the phone has some black covering around the metal sides. But the phone performs amazingly and is truly the best foldable in the market! If vivo can just add more foldable software stuff like samsungs it'll be #1 for sure. I'm satisfied with everything.

I made the purchase on February 14 of: Xiaomi mi 11, charger and screen protector. There was an announcement saying that all orders will be shipped starting February 20 for the END OF YEAR celebration. I assumed my orders would ship from that day on, but NO. There was too long a delay in shipping and when did they arrive. I had a problem giving incomplete address information. from February 14 to March 1 "successful payment". March 2 "your package is being packed." March 13 "the follow-up has started." I thought it would reach the end of the minimum month after all the time, but NO. It lasted until April 9. I acquired world priority. IF I PAY CUSTOMS TAXES ON ARRIVING IN MY COUNTRY. They told me they would refund it in 4 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS (they told me from APRIL 13) One of the shipments was CANCELED, they did not give me a LOGICAL EXPLANATION. I got my money back on DAY TWO.To buy the screen protector again and not cancel it, do I have to wait that long?

My second experience with Trandingshenzen was great cause they are very professionnal. They answer quicly. The phone is great.But this time the shipping period takes 3 weeks to arrive cause this time they used china post.But satisfied with trading for the products and the prices.???

You give me my package in excelent conditions. And I received an excelent client atention. Your replys were really fast and even on Sundays.However, the deliver time was really large (15 days) and the tracking was not precise.

The online ordering process and the commication was good. The device was sent with a global delivery company without signature required to confirm delivery. I received a message from the delivery company saying that the parcel was delivered while I was not at home. When I raised the issue with Tradingshenzhen, they recommended me to launch a police report stating my parcel has been stolen. This is ridiculous because the fault was with Tradingshenzhen, not sending the parcel with a signature request and the delivery company didn't deliver the parcel. It was a delivery issue and I received no support from Tradingshenzhen to resolve the situation. I contacted the local post office and managed to track the parcel with their help. The parcel was not delivered because I was not at home and they kept the parcel waiting for the next delivery schedule. Tradingshenzhen uses unreliable delivery company and tried to get out of the situation by saying the parcel was stolen upon delivery. The one star is meant for the device I bought, which works well. Nothing further.
