"Warranty takes for ages, bad bad bad"

Ordering is no problem. After payment you will get device after 14 working days. But when you have a warranty claim the wheels are turning in slow motion. Very disappointed. Ordered several items but worst experience since start using TS.Sadly, on trustpilot i get instant reaction. But on severall emails not a single one

Usually i don't leave any reviews, but this time is an exception. I've ordered the orange. The colour on the picture is so far different from the colour in reality as my ass from Mars.The color is very faded, as if someone puked white yogurt on a tangerine. I took some impressive photos, but unfortunately they can't be posted either here or on the trustpilot.

To flee.Following water damage on my phone, customer service offered to send them my phone so that they could give me an estimate for the repair quickly.After a year and multiple reminders, customer service tells me that my phone cannot be repaired.So I ask them to return my phone to me. It's been 4 months and I still haven't received anything.Their answer is always the same: "you are responsible for the water damage".However, I have never denied the water damage, but that does not justify their keeping my phone for almost a year and a half.Answer : You've had my phone for a year and a half and contrary to what you answer to each of my emails, it still hasn't been sent to me.It is unacceptable.How many years are you going to send it back to me?

"No Updates for smartphones"

I had ordered a smartphone, which I can not update with stable versions, although it is advertised that regular updates follow. I've been waiting for it for almost half a year now. Communication regarding this with "TradingShenzhen" repeatedly does not lead to the goal. So be careful when ordering a smartphone.Edit 2022-08-05 1:18 p.m.: Regarding the lies of trading Shenzhen: There's currently "NO STABLE Recovery" MIUI 13 / Android 12 ROM version available on xiaomi.eu for the "Mi 11 Ultra".There's only a fastboot version available with no OTA updates. In your own tutorial you advise against using a fastboot version and that you should only use a recovery rom... And you never even informed me once by yourself about those problems. You ignored every one of my requests and didn't even once read my mails and answered everything what I asked about. I'll only think about deleting or changing my review if you change your ways and ging me proper support with real e.t.a. when updates are available. As of now you're selling products without proper update support.

"Hope it never gets broken"

Buying is no problem here. They send it quick. If you have issues though: My 1200 $ smartphone i in for displayrepairs for 5 months now! I get no timeline or anything. They just say it is with the manufacturer. It's basically a writeoff by now.Edit in response: After 5 moths wait for repairs you have to buy a new phone and the old one lost its value. Practically a writeoff.

My phone Xiaomi Mi 11 was fine until one day it got stuck and then the screen got black and never worked again. ''Cheap Bad Phones''Don't buy from this website.

They are rude. They delete your account but still send to you email to spam your inbox.they sell returned phone.

Took a little over a month to receive my phone. After a week I started asking for updates and all I was told "Will Ship Soon, Don't Worry" Well two weeks later multiple requests to send and nothing until almost three weeks later. One week was supposedly a holiday but don't let that fool you it still took three weeks minus that week. And to top it off a youtube reviewer that bought the same phone I bought received theirs in less than two weeks and I reached out and they actually bought phone after me. If you advertise 3-5 business days to ship then HONOR IT you have an obligation as soon as I pay you dont get to ship whenever especially when you advertise certain time period and the phone was in stock or warehouse the entire time!!!!
