"Two stressful months"

I ordered a phone on the 12th of September from Germany.1. The first problem I had was with the website. I ordered something as a guest, then I created an account. Then I couldn't put the order in my account, despite the fact that I was using the same e-mail. The WhatsApp support was responsive and we solved that issue just for two days.2. The tracking was good, everything seemed fine until the supposed day of the delivery. The package had to come on 25. of September. Then I received an e-mail from DHL "Package undelivered, returning to sender due to mistake in the address". It was strange because every time I order something online I write the same address. 3. I called DHL, they told me to ask the sender. I contacted them via WhatsApp again, but then they asked me to write them an e-mail. I wrote a message to TradingShenzhen, they answered me the same way with "Could you tell us your address again? The package is travelling to us for writing a new label" or something like that. They didn't tell me where it is travelling to (because they have a warehouse in Europe too). I answered them with the same address.4. I was waiting a week. Then I asked them for an update. They told me that they will check that.5. Two weeks later, no update from them. Then I asked them again where is my package. they simply replied, "We'll feedback this to logistics." I was thinking that this is a scam because I was waiting for a month without an update.6. I asked them if they can just send another phone because the old one is travelling to them anyway. They replied: "We'll feedback this to logistics".7. I was planning to ask for a refund and then to order the same phone again from them. But the refund took too long (9 days and it came just after I told them that I'll call the police). I see that they are very active in TrustPilot (more than per e-mail).They are not scammers, but they really lack communication. I can't provide a product review, because I've got none.I'd advise them:1. Hire more people in their service team2. Build better communication with their logistics3. Provide more options for delivery (not only DHL)4. Fix bugs in their website

"Didn't received my Order. No reaction by the costumer service"

I have ordered the pen and the case with Keyboard. I received the pen but the case was lost during the shipping process. After contacting the custumer service, they told me that it was forwarded to a College and they would answer me within 1 to 3 days but i didn't heared from them anymore. I wrote a Mail to the service Person who answered me, that I'am still waiting but there was no reaction

It this professional?Edit: To answer to your reply! I bought a phone with Original Chinese Firmware! I choose that option. Chinese Firmware doesn't have Google Services and if I need them, at the end, I am completely able to install a custom firmware by myself.You shouldn't open the box as I requested! Nothing else to say!! You're too mannerless also in your answers! You of TradingShenzen became too conceited during these years! Bad, bad, really bad!
