25/12 : I had a problem with a parcel delivery. I've been asking a solution for a refund or resending the product for a whole month, but no news.17/03 EDIT : It took a while but in the end, the company sent the product again with no additional cost. I'm displeased with the time it took to come up with a solution, but as soon as my case was handled, it was really quick. So thank you!

Good range of products. Good prices and shipping rates competitive to Europe. The only thing that I can raise at this time is relatively minor (one accessory - headphones was not in the package, not sure why as it is included from Vivo with its X80 phones). I assume they can sell them separately after (at least it wasnt the charger). Fast shipping, tracking accurate. Got the phone in less than a month from ordering

Overall this was my first experience with this company, my friend recommend them to me. The offer based on price is very good, the delivery was also fast. the communication over chat tunely.overall I'm satisfied. Just really would like to have the EU charger and not EU adapter with US charger :(

I ordered a Xiaomi smartphone and it was delivered within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately the device has a crack in the camera glass on the backside which leads to bad pictures due to reflections. I contacted the support to find out how and whete to get the glas fixed. The answer was to send it some place for 3-4 months and to pay between 100-150$. This is not acceptable for me. I can not recommend buying here.

If I could give no stars I would , very bad experience. My phone got a loose charging port cost me over 1000 euro, was told I'd be refunded so when I sent the phone back their "partners" said the phone was sticky and so was the port that I'd spilt juice over it or something and I'd get no refund, crazy thing is I'd wiped and cleaned the phone which was in perfect working order when id sent it and saying that they would send it to Xiaomi and it will cost me more money even though I never asked for it to be sent I now have no phone. Never would I trust this company again and no one should trust it, take your money and if the phones not working properly make up lies and no refund. Avoid at all costsEdit 1. It was a problem from the start and I have photo and video evidence that the phone was clean and working I want either a refund or my phone sent back to me the way I'd sent it as I will be contacting my lawyer today because it seems you make up lies to avoid refunding people and have sent my phone to Xiaomi without my consent.and just so u know the phone is ip68 waterproof up to 1.5 meters for half an hour of submersion the sensors would not allow the phone to work if they were activated it works perfectly just the port was slowly charging and loose. Shop at gizstop way better service or even Ali express worst experience ever with this company never again I'd rather pay double the money for a phone than buy here.
