The order should have been shipped, but where to, I don't know. After 3 weeks of tried communication to them, still no answer received and no product arrived. This seems to be a scamming website now and should be avoided. I still "hope" for a good end, but I gave up and will ask my credit card to credit back the money.Update 1: I provided the seller, on his request, with more information. A feedback on this site has been done within minutes, but waiting for answers to my email about tracking/delivery is open since 10 days. I wish emails would be answered as fast as Trustpilot review feedbacks please. If your company helps to solve this quickly I am more then happy, to change my review. But please accept, that we in Europe might have other expectations of customer support. Thank you.Update 2: After reviewing Update 1 by the company and receiving 2 email within 1 minute, I have to add following comments to this recap. Wang C. responded to search for the package, which is fully great, while Li-Ming just cancelled the order without previous solution possibility. Now they are blaming me for a wrong address, while this was clearly not my fault, that TradingShenzhen sent out the package before retreiving and using my German address. Below recap:Email from TS 7/10/2022 08:21: Possible issue with address.Email from myself 7/10/2022 08:46: Provided a German address to be used Email from TS 7/10/2022 10.24: Email received and to be forwarded to the support employee.Email from TS 7/10/2022 10:26: Chang W. confirmed, Package already sent to the 1st address. So, Within 20 minutes I provided to TradingShenzen a new address in Germany to be used, but between my reply and the confirmation by Chang W. it seems it has been forwarded even they could have known it might not be possible. Yes, with no feedback since 10 days, I feared and considered to get back to my credit card company, in the hope this would pressure TS for a feedback. But ok, i don't think you're willing to solve this anymore in customer friendly cooperation. Thanks

XIAOMI MI 11 PRO broken after 1,5 years (WLAN chip).Suddenly WLAN connection stops after about 5-15 minutes. It seems to be a common problem and can only be solved by a mainboard replacement, see XDA forums. Trading Shenzen is "really sorry", but provides no further customer service. at least they could have informed XIAOMI about this issue and ask for a replacement. So what's the conclusion: Nice prices, but never again a china phone from TradingShenzen.

1 star for wasting my time. I spent a significant amount of time checking multiple models of phones, making a decision and going ahead with registration on their website(and more time contacting their customer service for clarifications). To my dismay I found out that I couldn't go ahead because these guys didn't include my country (an EU member) in their shipping destinations!

from 3.11.2021 I have with you 3 orders worth 3000 euros and you only sent one. It takes too long and I'm already a little angry because my money is standing and I don't know what to do with the orders.

"Not as good as they used to be."
I used to use tradingshenzen and the speed, service and quality was spot on, however this has now changed. Just after Brexit I asked why they didn't ship to the UK and the answer was you can blame Boris for that, then finally they ship to the UK and I corresponded with a sales person called Yini, I asked why it was taking so long and the answer is you were told this would be 5 days to process with a few cheeky emails from her in between, no I wasn't and if I was I would never have ordered again, I review and buy phones which equates to around 15-20 per month and I will not be purchasing again from trading Shenzhen. The attitude, speed and customer service was pretty bad, to be fair I've ordered a couple of phones from them but on the last occasion o had the dreadful experience of dealing with Yini. I think she could definitely benefit on going with a customer service training course. My thinking is once bitten, twice shy so I will not be purchasing from them again.
