In July 2021 I've bought a laptop from this website. Everything went ok. In 2022 my keyboard start defecting so I've contact them to use their warranty service. After asking me for a lot of information (order/photos/serial/etc) they disappeared. I've decided to left a review on trustpilot and here started the fun.They contacted me on whatsapp asking if I was the author of the review. I've said yes. Their answer was:"sadly due to 1 star I can't service you anymore" (i've copied pasted it)For real. If you complain they don't give you what you are entitled for. European law? Bah, who cares! There are trading shenzhen! They spit on it. No warranty if you complain about their service.The following messages were as a 10 old kid was writing with the mom's phone such as:"You have us with 1 star, not serving you is what 1 star is like""There was no problem to begin with, this was handled. you gave us 1 star. you seem to wanted to have 1 star service.""you where respected, the warranty claim was being processed and we have all process-documentation about that""you shot your self in the foot and I'm very sorry for that""you asked for 1 star service in your review and I sadly can't change that while your reviews are online.I'm very sorry.""We did process your request, we did prepare everything needed, you interrupted that with 1 star review."They also blocked my account and they hope the story will be finished. Unfortunately for them, they have to offer warranty (even if you are from china but selling in Europe). I'm going to report this to the autorities in Italy and Romania.I'll keep you posted ;)RE: If spammed is to ask for why. Not serving equals not warranty at my place.A: There wasn't one customer I know, in 8 years of business, that we couldn't help.R: From what I can see here and in other forums this isn't true. A lot of people complained about your "services". The services that you don't provide to someone that had left a 1 star review.

"Worst Experience: Order still not received"
This is simply my worst trading experience.I am yet to receive my order which is over a month since the date of payment.The processing stage was slow due to a lot of back and forth and shipping tracking details are not helpful as it seems stuck for weeks.I always have to reach out to support to have any information on my overdue order which is stressful.

Order made on November 20, 9 days to install the Xiaomi rom, and 30 days of delivery !!! finally my package has arrived !!! but then we are very far from the 10 to 14 days estimated .. it took 1 month in total to arrive. seen the time on arrival if I had bought it on another site I would have it paid less. the parcel has spent more than 17 days without moving is without any information from TradingShenzhen who was supposed to make a request to know where the parcel is located, They did absolutely nothing. So yes, very disappointed with the follow-up because you really feel alone in such conditions. I also did not receive the small usb type-c audio cable which is usually sent. If it was a first order, I'm not going to say that it went really well. know that if you have a problem with yunexpress you will be absolutely all alone. and the price difference at the moment will not have helped

I paid my order 41 days ago but my 4 tablets (more than $ 2000 USD value) haven't arrived yet.I have already complain 3 times via e-mail and WhatsApp without any positive results. I asked my money back as I have already bought the tablets from someone else. The terrible answer I got "you will not get a refund before we found out what happened to the package"; but package has been lost since 15 days ago. TERRIBLE experience.Reply to your comments: You don't have to blame someone else (local post) as we paid door to door. If you are a professional company, please, don't hold my money and give it back to us. Thanks.July 18th. I have not yet received the refund of my money. Order was placed and paid in May. Be aware. We will ask VISA to refund the money. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. Do NOT trust this website.

My Xaomi 13 has some software problems. Updates are not automatics, many functions which should be automated are not, but the tradingshenzen organizeted a technician who online in 30 min repaired my phone and now it works. I am steal impressed how smart was the guy and how he resolved diver and bootloding sequence chalange.
