The order had big problems with delivery, because I forgot to state the descriptive number of the house. For about 4 weeks no one wrote me that they missed it but I had to find out for myself and write to them for support first on whatsapp there they referred me to an email where it was found out what the problem was in a week ... Yes I know the mistake was on my side that I forgot to write the house number but they didn't inform me about it at all and maybe I would wait for the shipment so far. And beware the phone has a Chinese ROM that is flashed global. So this is not the original global version but the Chinese. And the original packaging is thus opened so that the phone can be modified in this way.

"Honest site but didnt recive any phone."
First of all, Ive been ordering from this site and another big Chinese European supplier for years and years without problems. Now ordering a phone again after being offline for a couple of years the site and company seems to have some issues. First of all cryptopayment doesnt get registered on site and has to be done manually with customer service looking for the payment.Second, phone was shipped out twice but never left China "returned to sender" was stated twice from the shipping company.Asked for refund which was done immediately.Therefor, this company is a much honest one, which helps you out in trouble even if the support lacks a bit in English and theres clearly some delivering issues.

"Experience horrible"
My experience is horrible. I have bought a Xiaomi Mi11 Ultra with them. After 6 months of use the phone turned itself off and did not turn back on. It was sent under warranty to their warehouse in Germany and there they have made the decision that the phone must be sent to China to be repaired, which, coinciding with the Chinese New Year, can take 2 to 4 months. So far everything is correct, I assume without protest that I can be without a phone for a long time. During the 4 months they offer me the possibility of sending me a refurbished phone to replace mine and thus not wait for the repair... I decide to wait for the repair of my phone which is in better condition than the refurbished phones that they gave me. offer. Up to here everything is correct too. After the fourth month they inform me that the phone is already repaired and they ask for my information for the shipment, I provide it to them... and I have not heard from my phone again.After 1 month of being notified of the repair of the phone, I do not have my phone, I do not know where my phone is, I do not know if they have sent the phone and they do not provide me with any shipping tracking ID. Now my account with them has been blocked too.During this month they first tell me that the phone has to arrive from China and that takes time and yet during the repair they inform me that they will only know that my phone has been repaired when they receive it, so either they lied when They informed me that the phone was already repaired or they are lying now to gain time.10 days ago, a Monday, they informed me that the phone would be shipped that week. Today marks 5 months since my phone was sent in for repair.**** Today, 07/04/2023, my phone has finally arrived and is working.Conclusions:- The experience in the purchase and post-sale process when the phone had a breakdown and I had to use the warranty has been very good, in fact I had commented on this in several forums showing my satisfaction with the seller.- The problem has been in the repair process. The information approved by the seller once the manufacturer has repaired the phone has been null. Until the end of last week, after more than a month of informing me that the phone had already been repaired, the seller was not able to provide me with a tracking number for the shipment or when it had been sent.In my opinion, if they improve this point, they would save a lot of problems and criticism from buyers.I keep my only rating star because the seller, instead of trying to provide more information, blocked my account on his website and I was also blocked on his Twitter... which only increased my distrust of him... that in my country it is said "it is killing flies with cannon shots".

The problem is as if everything is ok, but after turning on the rotation function, the phone does not work properly. After placing the phone with the webcam facing up, the screen turns to the side. When the phone is placed sideways, it rotates vertically. I downloaded gyro and accelerometer adjustment apps, but nothing helped. Has any of the users encountered a similar problem?From the xiaomi family I have MI 8 mi10 lite and many others and none has such a problem.Can I give it back for guarantees in Poland?
