Everything went well, although I ordered a product from the European Union, it came from Shenzhen, so the delivery lasted 3 weeks. When trying to return an item, photos were requested from each side of the item and packaging. Although I didn't use it, no one asked about it. Too many mail- 6 letters about one order, 2 is enough, order confirmation and dispatch confirmation with tracking code

I am disappointed by the 20% surcharge imposed on the return of a factory-sealed item after just one day. It seems unfair for a completely unopened item.I would also add that you have to pay a fee of 20% of the price of the phone, plus sending it back is also on my side. Also if you are from Europe, there is no way - or it does not pay.

7/10Everything is well and easy configurated. A nice shop with great prices and accountability.The only downside is, that if a problem occurs (in my case - the parcel was lost) even after a month of waiting and complaining still no answer, no contact whatsoever... what happened to my 1000$ phone? A question without any kind of answer.

This company is unfair and falsh .lying to customers.I ordered a phone ,their page gave an error and charged me 2 times.They didn't give me my money back ,I have been trying to get my 967 euro back for 3 months.They are mushers.Don't buy anything from this company.This is the truth , not a lie.I sent the company all the transaction documents , but they lie and do not return my money .I have proof.After posting my review here,I was immediately contacted by an employee of the company by email,who for 3 months told me that there was no transfer with them and suddenly told me that the transfer was with them and would refund it.Yes after 3 and a half months they refunded my money.This employee's name is Chang.W.Is he the scammer I don't know,but I would fire such an employee.17.10.2022

"Problems with the technical service but finally they delivered"
I ordered a Xiaomi Mi 11 PRO - 12GB/256GB and the phone was perfect until the battery started to expand due to a factory defect. As it was under warranty I notified the technical service which kindly instructed me to send it to their offices in Germany and so I did. After this I gave them the tracking number and still the phone was 9 days in a pick-up point chosen by them until I notified them that they should go to pick it up because they didn't notice it. After this they notified me that it would take 2 to 3 months, if not more to simply replace a battery. I told them that it was too long for such a simple change and they offered me a new one as it would take less time which I accept. After continuing to ask them to send me a new one, they still did not give me a date of delivery until one day they told me that they would soon be able to send me a refurbished one, which made me crazy. To sum up, I have been without a phone for more than a month and a half and they continue to give me a hard time and I have not even heard from them for 2 weeks in spite of my emails.After publishing the review on September 26, I received a reply that they would give me a solution within the week. They offered to send me a new one, asking me for my address, which I immediately gave them. After a few weeks more the finally send me a new phone with the same specs and the warranty was fulfilled.

Sent to Canada. Mi 11 pro. Good overall XP. Quickly got answers to my questions.Why I didn't give 5 stars: they sent me a bleu instaid of a green color as I ordered. Maybe the guy packing the phone was color blind ? that's why I'm not angry.The phone is actually very good overall. Only the curved screen is pointless, it creates a weakness point : useless.
